A 1-star is being generous with this location. It's been a long time since I've had such all around poor service. From the lengthy wait to place our order to the amount of time it took to get said order was ridiculous. Our server blamed everyone in the restaurant on why things were so slow except herself. She never came around to see if we needed refills. We even had to ask for silverware. The kitchen sent half of our order out with the second half coming out after we had already finished the first. I was to the point of telling our server to cancel the order and we were leaving. That's if she actually would have come around. She was too busy sitting at tables shooting the shit with other customers. She was so oblivious that she wasn't even aware another server had brought the second half of our order out. What a waste of an evening. This was a Sunday night. If they can't handle a Sunday night crowd they shouldn't be working in the food service business. At least the food was decent. If this were the only Hooters I had to go to I would never eat at the chain again. read more

The food is really good, but the wait time is simply ridiculous. I've ordered Hooters online, over the phone and also through food delivery apps and on multiple occasions I've still had to wait over 45 minutes to an hour or more (no exaggeration) to get my order that was already placed. This is a serious problem. read more

Nowhere near the best Hooters I've tried. Nice ladies working and hot food as usual but the food just wasn't up to par. Wings undercooked, portions small, tots underwhelming. The draft beer was gross too. (They really need to clean the lines) It shows a lot of signs of being a corporate store (which it is). The place was never more than half full. Our waitress made a comment about wanting to pick up shifts at the Dirty Dova store to make some money. I think this store would be full like most Hooters If it had different management. They do have more food and drink specials trying to bring people in I assume. It's about the same distance from my house to either place but we will go back to the Dova store next time. read more

Pay attention to your receipts. Two nights I came here this week and both times I was overcharged. I will NEVER return to this location. On top of that the service was horrible! When we first walked in the door we were told the kitchen was short staffed and that it would be 30 mins before we got our food...Cool, I can deal, but when the manager serves me more than my waitress, that's a problem. Very disappointed in this location. Food was good, that was the only bright spot. read more

Only leaving 1 star because i have to pick at least 1 !Walked in, no problem with being seated. Seems the hostess was having issues giving us a server. After that our server took drink orders. Takes her 10 minutes to bring us water no sodas, no beer THAT WE ORDERED! Ask she says she'll be right back comes back 5 minutes later no drinks, no beer, no lemon for waters NOR-the appetizer we ordered. Now 30-40 minutes have went by i go complain to a manager because no one was asking if we were ok. Not only that asked the waitress twice for a kids meal menu and she NEVER-brought one. So I ordered my child's food off the adult menu all for the manager to give me a kids menu, by now I'm pissed so I let he manager know We are not satisfied with our service. He then a sends us another waitress all for her/ and him to continue to serve us the wrong dishes. I finally asked them to take my things off of my ticket all for them to bring us a ticket for $85 with only 2 meals being ate. I WOULD NEVER stop at this hooters again. read more

Ahh, Hooters. For me, it's the original wing. This location is good, never too crowded. Excellent.

First time at a hooters and I can honestly say I've never been more unsatisfied with service or food. We spent 40 bucks on mediocre wings an appetizer that looked like it came out of can and horrible service. I'm not hard to please and usually will let a few things go, but our waitress Mary Anne first gave us the wrong wings then when we asked for plates she came back with one(there were two of us). The worst part was our glasses were empty for a few minutes as the waitresses chatted at the corner. In the waitresses defense we were her last customers and maybe I wasn't clear when I ordered the boneless wings. What really sent me to Yelp was the attitude as we exited. One of the girls in the black polo wished us a good night only to roll her eyes and look at the other waitress. Again, I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume the best, but this was just a horrible experience. I've had better service at self service gas station. read more

I visit this particular Hooters on a regular basis. I know a fair portion of the wait staff. Today, 7/31/19, I got off work early and decided to grab some wings. I was seated promptly, but it was almost 10 minutes before Ashley, my server came to get my drink order. Slow start but was easy to over come right? Another 15 minutes later she brought my food so I was good to go? Well, turns out she brought my side, but brought me someone else's wings. After getting her attention a couple of minutes later, she apologized, took the food from my table to the person waiting on THOSE wings, and put in my reorder. After another 20 minutes, no food, I spoke to the manager who apologized, but at this point, I was done for today. I went home hungry, to a peanut butter sandwich. Not a satisfying end to my day. I will go back at a later date, but I would avoid this young lady until she gets a little more training at actual customer service. read more

I have had bad experiences in food, but this was among the worst. Walking in and waiting 15 minutes for a table is fine. But sitting at your table for 15 more minutes before your waitress even takes your drink order is pushing it. Then she came back 10 minutes later. Forgot the lime with the water that we asked for instead put a lemon. Then took our order and we never saw " GEN " ever again. Because she was busy standing around. And sitting at a table. Not assisting her coworkers on a busy Friday night. 40 minutes go by. Haven't seen her. Haven't even got a refill for our drinks, we had to approach a different waitress just to get refills. 20 more minutes. The table behind us that came in 20 minutes after us got their food. 10 more minutes go by and we decide to call the manager over, and he absolutely didn't care. I understand that restaurants get busy. But we weren't being assisted at any point of our visit until we finally said something. Then after all this, every waitress after did not smile. Did not make eye contact, and were being completely rude. And even a waitress told us that " we bring all the food out at once, I'm sorry I'll check on that for you" then proceeded to bring out everything. One. By. One. For a table of 7. After 5-10 minutes. We finally had all the food. Then as some sick joke the waitresses brought us 4 refills that we didn't need. read more

This is a very small Hooters located right off the main Highway. Upon entering, the staff was less than friendly. The crew was hanging out in a corner and more interested in chatting with one another than in offering a seat. Once I got past that, I got settled in and placed my order. The food seemed to take forever and my glass if iced tea went unfilled for quite sometime. However, when the food arrived, I must say it was probably the best Hooters grub I have ever had. The mahi sandwich was amazing. I huge thick slab that was cooked just right. I seldom eat more than a few fries that accompany the sandwich but these were awesome. I ate every last one of them. I would give the service 2 stars and the food 5 stars. But I come for the food and not to be pampered so I will round up with a 4 star review. I wish more Hooters would follow the cooks at Horn Lake and make every meal as tasty! read more
