First time trying this place. Got a gift card as a present so we decided to give them a try. We were greeted immediately by a friendly hostess. We were seated fairly quickly. Several other staff members greeted us as we walked to our table. The restaurant was nicely lit and very clean. The ambience was very pleasant. Our waitress was great. She got us drinks and bread immediately and then gave us some time to look over the menu. My wife ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken. Rice and Brussel sprouts for the sides. I ordered the 20oz Bone in Ribeye medium rare. Brussel sprouts and Asparagus for the sides. We both added a side salad. Everything was great and came out of the kitchen pretty quick. Please let the pictures speak for themselves, because I ordered my steak medium like the picture and showed the picture to the bartender of what Longhorn emailed me for lunch ideas. I have been to Longhorn several times as I love the lamb chops and steak there. I'll never go back to Webster location. The manager didn't make it any better and told me the picture is a full order and I said then that's false advertisement. The picture is a full order for $11.99 and I paid $11.99 and didn't receive it. He did add more cubes to the order and but it wasn't medium cooked and I just told him, sir that's fine and left. read more

Hadn't been to this chain in awhile and don't think we've ever been to this location. Although he had other tables, and they seemed a little short handed, William R took good care of our large party of 13 for a 16th birthday celebration. Although they don't take reservations we had called ahead with a warning and only had to wait 5 minutes before seating. Nice wine selection and extensive menu. It was late dining for us, so I had the strawberry salad with grilled chicken which was delicious. Several had steak, and everyone raved about the taste and texture and cooked to order. One had bang bang shrimp and the crawfish bisque for her meal which was plenty. Large portions, especially the sides! I tasted Brussel sprouts, their version of the blooming onion, brisket queso and fried okra. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Husband had a loaded baked potato and it was delicious! Out of everything I tasted other than my own salad, the Parmesan crusted chicken stood out. Very tender and two big pieces so enough for leftovers! Prices are reasonable for a steakhouse. The bread is dangerously good and served warm. Loved the decor with all of the memorabilia and cool items displayed. Pink fringed western gloves! Go check it out. It had been a while since my last 1-star review but this place took the cake. Waited about 10min to be seated even though we called ahead for a group of 12 (there were plenty of seats). The server disappeared for a solid 15min after he took our drink order. The food took over 45min. And what can I say about the food quality. I can make much better food at home hands down. The steak was way overcooked, the baked potato had so much kosher salt, the [frozen] shrimp had too much condiment. The lighting is dim and the interior design needs a lot of improvement. The bathroom was dirty and they had all these portable A/C units everywhere with cables as trip hazards. This felt like a tourist trap. Horrible experience in general. This place should close. A little off the beaten path, is a pretty darn good steak house. We have patronized the Longhorn over the years, and found it is on par with its competitors in the area. You can get a good steak at an affordable price if that is what you are after. Lunch menu is not much different than the dinner menu. But I have found I favor lunches over dinner at the Longhorn. But that's about all the good I can say about this restaurant. The service is hit and miss and in my opinion poorly managed. The wine selection is very limited, and the bar is not a great compliment to the restaurant. I'd not recommend this place for a special night. Go grab a lunch sometime. Went to the Webster location with my family this past Sunday to enjoy a nice meal but it was the complete opposite. When I unwrapped my utensils to enjoy the bread but to my surprise, they were FILTHY!!!! My fork still had dried up food on it. Asked my husband to use his utensils and his also had food on them. These were clearly not washed correctly, is this how they wash their ass? Did not even wait for my food to come, I just paid for our drinks and left. I'm not sure where to start with this review. We ate here on a Thursday night with a party of about 25 for my Mom's 71st Birthday. My sister called on Wednesday to see about a reservation and she said the manager was rude telling her that they don't take reservations, but to arrive early to get on a wait list. Ok... So, Thursday comes and my Mom arrives and a long string of tables are put together. 1. The manager was rude to my Mom telling her that the entire party needed to be there before anyone could be seated. 14 people were there and so the manager took tables away because the entire party was not there yet!!! WHAT!! The rest of the group arrived shortly after and they had to add the tables the manager took away! 2. The manager yelled at the hostess and she ended up in the bathroom crying! This dude has ZERO business being a manager! Our table service was great! They kept up with drinks, dirty plates and didn't really get anything mixed up. So, kudos to the ladies that took care of us. As far as the food, it was good, not great. I thought my filet lacked flavor. I added Worcestershire and it was much better. Overall, it's highly likely that we will not eat here again. I hope the hostess that was treated poorly, files a complaint with the company about this manager. Such a shame. read more

Hubs and I have been eating here for many years. I can honestly say that pre-Covid things were much better. Post Covid service, food, and cleanliness have all gotten worse. Not horrible, just not as good or top notch as it should/could be. Main complaint is the meat quality, or lack there of. It is a hit or miss on getting a tender steak. The salads are great! Soup is very tasty! Asparagus need to be peeled before they are cooked and the woody end removed! Lobster has always been good. Pass on the chicken fried steak, chewy and bland. Better for dog food than human consumption. Will we go back? Yes! They have plenty of other options on the menu. We visited Longhorn Steakhouse for a weeknight dinner. The restaurant is easy to find and has plenty of parking on all sides. Thankfully the evening we visited there wasn't a wait time. We were shown to our table right away. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The inside of the restaurant is large and very clean. Our server was Cameron and he was very attentive and offered wonderful suggestions. Stopped by on Tuesday for dinner around 7:30pm and was pleased to find a calming atmosphere with a moderate crowd. The Caesar salad was a generous portion to start, followed by a Porterhouse Steak that was exceptionally tender and buttery. I also enjoyed the mac and cheese, which was crispy on top and warm and cheesy. Our bartender was attentive and knowledgeable, recommending additional sides that complemented the meal nicely. We had a 50 minute wait to be seated. They took our number and we waited in our car. We were seated near the entrance which was probably the worst part of our visit. One side of the booth the padding from the bench was non existent. Our server was awesome! Super friendly! She was making good, fun conversation with our group. They brought a big, huge black binder of pages of all allergens, calories, and food. The allergen info was more than a year old. That doesnt promote trust that it is still correct and taken seriously. I opted to forgo a meal as I get very ill if I eat gluten. Husband had bread, steak and a salad. I also asked for a medium cook, but ended up getting a medium well cook and it was a bit dry and flavorless. Now the shrimp were SUPER yummy and loved it! The rice under the shrimp was okay. I didn't really enjoy the mac n cheese because it seemed really grainy, I'm not sure how else to describe it. * Molten Lava Cake: So we initially got a super cold cake that the part that was supposed to be "lava" looked more like a clump of chocolate icing with a mousse consistency. Great steaks with lobster tail. This is a large enough food that my wife and I split the steak, lobster tail, baked potatoe, and salad. Also some delicious peach flavored tea. Even though we split the steak lobster meal, we had our fill and still took home part of the half baked potatoes and part of the steak. Lots of food on a single plate for two persons. Different, and good. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good. 2. 12 oz ribeye steak, medium rare, with steamed broccoli and side salad. - The steak was perfectly and accurately done. Nice searing. Meat was tender, not too much fat. Maybe a tad oversalted, but since I like my food on the salty side, it wasn't an issue. - The steamed broccoli was good, maybe a tad softer than I would've cared for. There was some type of lemony sauce on them them that I wasn't expecting. The sauce was good, but I was thinking the steamed broccoli was going to come plain. Might be good to tell people it comes this way. (The sauce may have been coming from the steak, but didn't think so.) - The side salad was good. Nice to have the cucumbers, tomatoes (chopped small, nice), and cheese shreds separated, like a composed salad. Good vinaigrette dressing. Service was good (thanks, Camille) and atmosphere was nice. I've been to plenty of steakhouses but this place is by far my favorite. This probably has a lot to do with their addictive Crispy Brussel Sprouts. These alone are worth the visit! They have a huge variety of beef cuts with add ons available. The staff are always friendly and well versed in their seasonal items. The fact that 99.9% of my reviews are accompanied by pictures and this one does not, is a testament that I could not wait long enough to snap any. Seriously, order the sprouts! read more
