My son, daughter I came in for a lunch date. We specifically came to try the beetlejuice menu. My son tried the burger, it was huge and delicious. Definitely had to break it down to eat it. He loved the special sauce! I had the grain pancakes which were so good, eggs perfectly fluffy. Our waitress was the sweetest. Went on Thursday around 9:30 ish after my nephews graduation, a big group of like 15 ppl. Our server was very sweet but she got overwhelmed pretty quick cause another graduation group sat in the same area of us. She had no help and she stated that Niko, the manager that was cooking on the line per the hostess that night, kept on ignoring her when she had asked for help with the our table and the other one. The food came out pretty quick for the first half of our table but mine and the other end of the table didn't come out until after 30 minutes the first half got their food. Plus the server got sat with 2 more tables so she was definitely upset to the point while serving food, she was wiping her face from her tears she probably had cause of being stressed.. overall, I was very upset with the way of the timing of the food and messed up my order as well but not with the server. I believe I have a review for this place that isn't so great. But we just left - I don't know if there has been a change in management or they just got lucky and hired an awesome waitress, but she was spot on. I believe her name was Lissa? But she took very good care of us. No dumb questions like last time when we asked for sweetener for the coffee - we were asked "how many?" and took forever to get our orders. Lissa was making the rounds and she brought everything to the table right away, only question was how we wanted our eggs cooked and if I wanted creamer. The food was good as always, and came out very quick. Lissa checked on us a few times and refilled our coffee. Seniors get a discount and there is menu for smaller appetites which is perfect for me. The girl server who was working today at around 11:00pm on June 24 was super rude and condescending we just walked in and saw her talking to two other customers in an admirable manner but when she saw us walk in she turned us away and then giggled about it and just went back to casually talking to the other two teenagers over all it was very unprofessional and made me and my group of 3 other people feel very unwelcomed in the establishment I expected better and so for that I am very disappointed. read more

I LOVE Denny's, they have good food and normally great service, but after the service I received tonight I will never be back here. While I was waiting on my food I was writing in a journal. When the waiter brought my food he decided to strike up a conversation. He asked me what I was writing, I told him I was writing notes. He asked what for and I explained it was something involving my religion (I'm Wiccan). After that the waiter openly ridiculed me very loudly to the other employees and some customers. He was very rude and actually made me cry because of how hateful he was. He completely ignored me for the rest of my time there, and wouldn't even bring me my check (I had to get it from the cashier). This Denny's is a little dirty, a tad ghetto and bit rundown but! I get great service every time. Friendly faces and a waitress that don't even need to write down your order. My girl walks up calls me baby, asks what I want to eat and drink, brings it hot and ready to the table and still brings me hot sauce and I didn't even have to ask for it...yep I feel like VIP up in Denny's. If you have a choice go somewhere else the service is slow we were sitting for 10 min with 3 kids and nobody bothered to tell us it would be a minute. And there were only 4 other tables that were being waited on. We ended up leaving and going a few miles down the road to ihop its cleaner and within 2 minutes we had ordered drinks and a meal.
