Hooters while in Cozumel, was one of those familiar spots that just works when you're traveling. Sometimes it's nice to have something you already know, especially when you've been moving around a lot. The menu is what you expect, wings, burgers, drinks, nothing surprising, but it hits when you want something easy. What makes this location stand out is the setting. Being in Cozumel gives it a completely different vibe than your typical Hooters. You've got that island feel, warm weather, and just a more relaxed energy overall. The food was solid. Wings were on point, and everything came out how you'd expect. Service was good too. Staff was friendly and kept things moving without making it feel rushed. It's a good place to just sit, eat, and take a break for a bit, especially if you're out exploring or coming off a cruise. Overall, it's a reliable stop. THEY HAVE 911 WINGS! We showed up before they were officially open...but they let us sit and wait, which wasn't long. Staff were all great and super friendly. We had enough time to enjoy while the rest of our family were on an excursion. So this was my Hooters Excursion from the cruise port for Carnival. About a 9 minute cab ride. Don't come here looking for AC cause it's all open air, but not unbearable. The fried pickles were great and didn't feel super greasy after killing the top ones. 10 wings, 911, Extra wet, 2 ranches, and all celery. Ranches were not the prepackaged crap and the ranch was just right. Wings were crunchy and very well wet as I love em. Not one wing undercooked. And none of the celery were wilting or rubbery. I can only imagine how this place is at night, which is one of my goals to experience Cozumel at night and not just a stop over for a cruise. Can't wait to come back! read more

I confess, We had been on a cruise ship and did not use wi-fi for over a week and that's what drew me in, that being said... I had forgotten how much I love Hooters because they are just so darn nice there. The server was quick to tell us there was a minimum purchase to use the wifi but gave us the codes quickly and they worked the whole time we were near Hooters for the next 2 days. Cold beer, clean bathrooms, pretty good margaritas. We ended up buying a couple of t-shirts, cute and a good deal, came with a free drink. read more

Surprisingly, one of my best meals in cozumel was Hooters. Both the food and service were exceptional. Not only did they have great wings, but they have now elevated the menu to include white meat boneless wings and a meatless cauliflower option. In addition, they have a great grilled salmon salad. I actually came here twice during my unexpected 3 day stay in Cozumel! Larry S. and I were on a cruise that could not return to Miami due to Hurricane Irma, so instead of floating in the open water, the captain decided to park us in Cozumel until we got the all-clear from the Port of Miami. No complaints from me! Our first visit was on Saturday evening. We dined at a more local Mexican restaurant first (Alberto's, I think? They were not on Yelp :-( ) and then came here for the COLLEGE FOOTBALL! They had plenty of games and even tuned one of the TVs to the Georgia - Notre Dame game when I asked (Georgia won, GO DAWGS!). We had the tower of beer which was reasonably priced. The servers all spoke English and were very friendly, as were the other patrons. Our next visit was for an afternoon cocktail before heading back to the ship on Monday. They had a special going on and we enjoyed 3 custom, slightly-too-sweet concoctions. TIP - if you are paying with a credit card, ask them to charge you in pesos because your card is going to give you a better exchange rate than they are. The reasonably priced beer tower on Saturday night ended up costing about $5 more because they charged us in dollars. read more

Just happened to be down here during the national championship game between OSU vs Wisconsin. No one on the island could get the game except Hooters. The manager got me a table right in front of the TV .. and he found the game quickly. All of the girls were friendly and attentive. I had the naked hot wings which were delicious . You can't beat the drink prices and if you are male ... you can't beat the view. Located right down town. I highly recommend you stop and see them. I will proudly where my hooters Cozumel shirt when I get back home. This place is clean and well organized ... hats off to the management. read more

After 6 days in various countries it was nice to sit down to a piece of good old USA and dine. The servers are cute as you would expect at a hooters. The beer was cold and food was hot and tasty. No surprises here. The atmosphere is fun and the restaurant is open air but was very comfortable. My wife sipped down a few run punches and commented that they were good but just a little light on the alcohol. Would definitely eat here again. Enjoy! read more

Was surprised at the difference in menu compared to the ones in the States. Also felt like it was a cleaner, fresher product they served. We've been here in the past and not been impressed, but the food/restaurants have improved over the the last few years in Cozumel and Hooters has stepped it up. We had hot wings and sweet potato fries and they were awesome! The wings were big and juicy and the fries were super crispy on the outside and really flavorful. Not gonna lie, I felt guilty going to Hooters in Cozumel when I can easily get it at home, but I'm glad we did. My husband wanted to watch a bit of the game, and it was already a bit after 10 PM and a lot of places were already closed. So, we stopped in. We parked literally right outside the entrance and got a perfect spot by the TVs. Our server was beyond friendly and really went above and beyond. I ordered the buffalo shrimp and asked for the medium sauce, but she said I really should get the slightly hotter sauce. I mean, I get the medium all the time, and said no, it's ok I'll stick with the medium. She said that it's not the same as back in the states, but I was still being stubborn and said it was okay, I'll get the medium. She left and came back with a sample of both sauces, and she was totally right. I would def have not liked my shrimp if had stayed with the medium sauce. Another plus, they had ginger ale!
