HORRIBLE FOOD - we ordered chicken wings - isn't that your specialty??? It was so horrible -- priced at over a dollar per wing and it was shriveled up, tiny and dry. We could not chew the meat - it was so hard and dry as if they refried old wings and left it under a heating lamp for hours. Pssst-- they don't ask for a cover charge on UFC TUF Finale fights, which means, yessiree you can get in free! Other than having the best parking spot in the world (right in front of Hooters) we had a lovely lady serving us: Torayba who was very cute and quirky and went above & beyond with Justin to make sure I was eating like a queen. Though the restaurant packs busy quick, the greeter never fails to find us a pleasant place to sit. Big, Flat, screen tv's everywhere and enough to enjoy the fights, we had swift and speedy service. Torayba knew right away that I wasn't satisfied with the Cajun and Chesapeake flavor, which is another change-of-pace flavor that's better choice than Lemon Pepper-- so she offered to have my boneless bites redone and I received the Daytona bites. (One of my previous favorites) I also admired her successfully upselling the 2017 Calendar with cup & and a 22 oz. icy cold beer for $13.95!! Hooters was also having a charity for the BAT Bikes for Tykes and I donated $5. I loved the entertainment and pleasing ambiance of solid 10 customer service! We may have found our permanent UFC viewing spot. read more

Dined at Westminster CO Hooters on 5/24/2023 during one of those AYCE's. I have not dined at a Hooters in many years, thought it would be fun to give it a try. Big mistake. I was very surprised by the poor quality of the wings. Don't waste your time and money on the AYCE. My bet is they precooked these wings hours in advance to meet the AYCE demand. Wings were cold and stale. Barely edible. Also, wings were so small we actually had to laugh. We joked that they must be pigeon wings. Bill came to over $100 for three people, total waste of money. Not to mention the long wait to get your order and then having to wait a long time for additional orders. Maybe wings are fresh and normal size during non AYCE events. We ordered delivery through Uber Eats. Our food was shoved into one bag and some items were sideways. Our quesadilla was one of thise items and the cheese, onions, and peppers slid out. It doesn't help that it was crammed into a box that was too small so the end pieces were crinkled open. The guac and sour cream were also tilted and leaked. The Main reason we ordered was to get wings whic we were told were awesome. We never got them. Ugh. They probably wouldn't fit into the one crammed bag thet gave us. I called the restaurant before Uber Eats and was rudely told they couldn't help me and to go through the delivery service. So I did. And we will order elsewhere from now on. read more

I don't understand how this place stays in business. I go in around 9:30pm, and all I want is a good drink, some great wings, and some window candy. I mean that is their business model right. Sit down and order a margarita and 6 wings. I don't go to Hooters all that often, been at least 5 years so I'm not familiar with the menu, so it takes me a millisecond longer to choose my wing sauce, and I already feel the evil eye coming from Destinie, and that somehow, someway, I'm bothering her. My margarita shows up in short order, no chit chat from Destinie, and off she goes. 30 minutes later, no chicken wings, no check in from Destinie to see how I'm doing. Why? Because Destinie is busy getting ready to close, melting off the ice bins, cleaning up her station, completely ignoring me and the other 6 customers at the bar. I literately hear the guys to my left discussing what a horrible waitress she is. 35 minutes since I ordered, my wings show up (the guys next to me, who ordered 15 minutes after I ordered, got theirs at the same time). No sorry it took so long, nothing from Destinie to ease my frustration. I politely refused to order another drink and ask for a box to go and a glass of water. I got the box, but never got any water. Destinie went back to cleaning, back to ignoring her customers and it was another 15 minutes before I got my check, even though I had asked and received my 2 go box. I have sisters who have worked in restaurants and bars, so I have never completely stiff a server, until tonight. Why? Because I received absolutely no "service". I won't belittle anyone's looks, I won't mention the manager looks eerily like Lou Pearlman, the manager who created *NSYNC, nor will I suggest the rest of the clientele at this establishment are former extras from the movie Deliverance. Hooters has quickly become out go to place for happy hour. Reasonably priced drinks and appys . Accommodating staff will seat us wherever we want to sit. The food is always pipping hot and fresh and most importantly the servers are all lovely and delight! Abbie, is our absolute favorite!! She always recognizes us and is so efficient! read more

Very disappointed. Sort of snooty waitress (Tori) who told me right off not to shake the table (very wobbly table) or I would have to pay if it broke. I am 68 and demanded to see my ID. Really? They definitely can't handle large groups, very disorganized. Took over 1 hr just to take the order. The food was finally served and 4 of the party members had not ordered. The 2 servers communication amongst themselves and the table was bad ending in 4 of the people not getting their order taken. Our group was there for 2 1/2 hours and several left without eating at that point. We will not be back! read more

My waitress Kelly is awesome. She is such a sweetheart and great at her job, very attentive. Ask for Kelly and you will not be disappointed. The food is always good. Busy Sunday... Got seated within 2 minutes; however, I guess we were seated in an area in which the waitress decided she didn't want to wait on our table. Luckily after about 10-minutes we flagged down another waitress and were able to put in a drink order. The food was great. We always enjoy the food, but just upon this 1 short visit I can tell that the waitress (Savannah) that thankfully took on our table when it was clearly not assigned to her was being punished just by working in an area with a waitress that absolutely did NOT want to take on her fair share of duties (Stephanie). I'd say the one thing that separates this Hooter's from any other I've been to is that we actually had a pregnant waitress the first time we went. Now I know that being pregnant is an automatic cup++ for women, but still that was pretty bizarre. I was surprised to see a Hooters tank-top big enough for a very pregnant mom-to-be. I bet it was a special order. Or maybe there is a maternity section in the Hooters catalog? I have no idea. I'm well outside the target audience for Hooters even though I'm a bearded male-- I don't really find the barely legal waitresses attractive, and I'm secure enough to not get all excited when they come over to do their forced conversation. Instead I go there for the obvious-- beer and wings. Hooters is the only place I know of that you can get breaded wings, and from time to time it's what my girlfriend and I are in the mood for. The beer selection is pretty poor compared to most Colorado joints, but I'm sure it's limited to what the chain serves. About the only non watered down midwestern type swill they serve is Avalanche Ale. The wings themselves are thick and meaty, and encased in a nice layer of fried goodness if you request them that way. The sauces are pretty mild and standard if you're used to looking for the hottest sauce out there.. I recommend getting the "hot" wings as they are still pretty mild. There aren't many decent sides to choose from to go with your wings-- usually we get fries which at times are way too salty and soggy. The fried pickles are okay I guess, but still really the only reason to go to Hooters for the breaded wings. Everything else is forgettable. read more

I had scheduled our fantasy football draft for Sunday August 25th at 11:00am on the online site and paid for the MVP package. The only slot available was for a 6 person draft and we had 12 in our draft, so I called the location on 120th and Pecos and spoke with a manager. He told me to go ahead and accept the 6 person reservation and he would take care of our party of 12 when we got there. We arrived when they opened at 11:00 and when I spoke to the manager on duty and let him know about the party of 12 he told me that it was insane whoever told me that we could have that reservation for 12. He asked me who told me that and I said I had asked for a manager and he snapped..."We have 4 managers". He then proceeded to start trying to set up a table and said "I will tell you what I tell everyone, you have a 3 hour maximum to be done and then we need your spot because we are very busy and have a lot of reservations." At that point the way we were treated and talked to, I had such a bad taste in my mouth I didn't even want to stay even though we had prepaid for the MVP package. I didn't catch the manager's name. After I called him back over and told him I was disappointed in how we were treated and didn't think we were going to stay he did try and talk me into staying but the damage was done. We ended up going to CB & Potts for our draft. In this economy you would expect that taking care of customers would be paramount for your business. Will not be returning to Hooters. read more

Sitting here now waiting for service while the manager stands at the bar watching us looking for our server. We usually order take out from here but decided to eat in. Got a table and waited 5 minutes before being greeted by Bree (blonde). Service started off terrible. Not friendly or genuine. Order drink and was ready to order but Bree walked off before we could get appetizers. While we waited for food all the waitresses huddled around the host stand. The manager who was near our table changing a channel on a tv never acknowledged us or was observed talking to any guest. But he had plenty of time chatting to his waitresses and getting in his hugs. Bree did not clear any plates off our table and we had to stack our plates to make room. As the stack for higher the plates eventually fell off the table. We watched as 5 servers less than 10 ft away from us stare at the food on the floor. The food stayed on the floor until we left. I would have left a 20% tip of the following happened: Bree was more engaging at the table. The manager stopped at the table to check up with paying guests There was less hanging out and more guest services. The cleanliness of the restaurant was priority. Poor management. Poor service. I only eat here when my FH has a craving for the buffalo chicken sandwhich - PERIOD. They're 4 mile sauce is pretty good, and their wings are so so. I absolutely cannot stand the blandness of the fries or super nasty, boring sides that consist of either coleslaw, potato salad or beans - gross. I stick with the sandwhich and beer, that's about it. Honestly, I feel like it's a trend to bag on "Hooters". This location was top notch during my visit though. I sat at the bar, got a drink immediately, and was promptly tended to for my food order. We wanted to go for the Ronda Rousey fight and we were told they were not showing it. It was kind of an upset that they weren't showing it. We ordered some wings and it was cool we can mix and match whatever flavor we wanted. The wings got to the table and most of them we're to hard and crunchy that you couldn't chew without breaking a tooth. Me and my buddy ordered some drinks and they hardly had alcohol in them.
