We wanted to go for the Ronda Rousey fight and we were told they were not showing it. It was kind of an upset that they weren't showing it. We ordered some wings and it was cool we can mix and match whatever flavor we wanted. The wings got to the table and most of them we're to hard and crunchy that you couldn't chew without breaking a tooth. Me and my buddy ordered some drinks and they hardly had alcohol in them. We've been supporting different restaurants during the Coronavirus. While all the restaurants we've ordered from have stepped up their game, Hooters has not. The order was placed 30 minutes in advance, but took 45 minutes before the order was ready. Not surprisingly the wings were over done and dry. Disappointed that Hooters charged $2.00 a wing. But the worse thing was no employee or customer (there were 5) was wearing a mask. I'm in the high risk group, and this one of the reasons I order to go. Hooters on 120th are horrible people! They discriminated my family and would not allow us to eat their. When we arrived, they immediately started harassing and making fun of my family, mainly the waitresses and then the manager/supervisor. I cannot believe how ignorant, culturally insensitive, and bullies these people were to us because we wanted to eat a meal there. A couple of the managers there are real jerks and we are good customers so we will not go back anymore. Yesterday was the final straw and we'll take our money elsewhere. If you're looking for a place to hang with friends then hooters is the place for you. Watching anything from Football to UFC is always a great pleasure. However, if you're a young man in his late teens or early 20's do not expect to have a waitress show much attention other than the occasional check up on how you're food is and to refill a drink or 2. You won't get much conversation out of them. Which is fine and quite understandable. The tips certainly give them the one up and the older gentlemen that grace their presence certainly leave good amounts I'm sure. Ladies you're all very beautiful and lovely, please just keep in mind of the young men that bring in their business as well. Being ignored is anything but fun so just keep it in mind :). read more

I feel extremely ripped off by the Management of this specific location. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon and ordered their "Unlimited Wings" and a few Beers. After racking up a $55 ticket, I simply asked for a box to take my last few wings home but I was refused. They would not allow me to take the remainder of my purchased meal home! Hooters literally threw my food away instead of allowing me to take it with me. It was irritating, but I still decided that I wanted to bring some wings home for later. I was not allowed to take the wings that I had already paid for and been eating. So, I was made to purchase an ENTIRE NEW ORDER of wings just so I could take them. Beginning to feel taken advantage of, I ordered their mild wings to go and took them home. When I tried the wings, I notice they were completely soaked in a foul tasting oil, very greasy and disgusting. I could not even finish a single one! Definitely unhappy with the quality of my purchase, I drove all the way back to Hooters to be refunded. I brought all of the wings back and explained that I was very dissatisfied and would like my money back, I was refused again! The manager said "Unfortunately I can't give you a refund but I can spin them in a different sauce." These wings were already uneatable. Management's only option to resolve this issue was to put an additional flavor on top of the disgusting flavor to somehow make it tolerable. He did not care if I was satisfied or not. After having spent $55 at this restaurant only moments before, I was made to order an extra 10 wings just so I could take some home. But when unsatisfied with the quality and taste of the meal, I was denied a refund for $10 on food that I could not even eat. What kind of company does not offer refunds for uneatable food? I was a regular customer... But, I do not feel comfortable returning to a business that is clearly more concerned with $10 than the quality of service and customer satisfaction. read more

Surprisingly the waitresses don't have rolls of fat trying to escape their midsections as I've noticed at other Hooters (I work with all guys go fig) The chicken was cooked all the way through but their sauce is bleh. The girls were very nice to me, maybe a woman thing, maybe because I was the only female customer. Soda's are so big it'll test your bladder. Lots of space and sports on TV. read more

My family and I came here because of a Mother's Day special I received an email about. Mothers eat free up to 10.99. Sweet right? Wrong! Our server rang in our order wrong. Our sons meal and our fries came out before our wings. 10 mins before actually. We had to move to the patio due to our 1 year old acting like a 1 year old. We had to move all of our things ourselves while the manager watched. He stood by the door while I carried an infant car seat and sling and didn't bother to open the door. Waitress was friendly and attentive, wings were some of the best I've had, I'm partial to the sort of orange colored wing sauce as opposed to the red colored sauce. I am used to the hooters in Florida and I was expecting sort of the same for this restaurant. First, the service was slow. The waitress paid no attention. Our food arrived fairly quickly but it was bland. I ordered the famous chicken sandwich and it was like warm and lacked flavor. The curly fries were cold and bland. I was not too happy. The place was busy but they just told us it was open seating and to sit where we found a spot. We were a party of 3. By the end of the night and ready to go we ask our check be split in 2. I gave it 2 stars for service - only because our waitress was very attentive. This is our usual spot for the football season. Food is the usual, but the manager's service was horrible last night. We had a coupon from a Bingo game we won months ago (ok since last football season) and decided to use it last night. Instead of giving us 15% off our tab, she gave us 5%. Not sure how she missed that - so we asked for the discount to be adjusted. The football game wasn't over yet and there weren't too many people in our area - she came over and switched the TV that we all were obviously watching to baseball. No one in our area requested baseball! It was obvious she changed the channels on US. Pretty rude to change it when we were in the middle of watching the end of the game. Hooters is an old favorite of mine I have eaten in over 20 of them around the US. It still has great wings and ice cold beer along with the trademark Hooters girls. But I have to say its getting too darn expensive. $17 for 20 wings isn't a good value. The chain is base on a beach side food shack concept but the prices have evolved to 3 star status. Go back to your roots Hooters and serve up some good inexpensive bar food. read more

Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. I love the wings and if someone just says a word that rhymes with wings or hooters (like tooters), I have to go!! The buffalo shrimp is to die for and non-duplicatable because I have tried!! The wings are great and the lemon pepper are fantastic. Not a fan of the parmesean although I like them elsewhere. But, this is absolutely okay. Beer specials, nice ladies. A great reason to love this place is that they recycle their glass. ok..so hubby is a HUGE wing fan, I am not. I humor him and we try out wing places quite a bit and of course he wanted to go to hooters. 1st time we went I ordered the "Bleu cheese burger". They forgot the bleu cheese...How does that happen when its part of the name? No big deal, they corrected the mistake when I brought to their attention and the burger was not bad. The fries were only so so. Today we go back with a group of 10 people. They have no seat for us because they let 2 guys sit at the big table, so we had to squeeze into a regular table. Again, no big deal. Ordered fried pickles....never came, hubby ordered fries, didn't get those either, waitress was...well...dumb as a rock (sorry). All in all, I do not think we will be going back. They seem to have a really hard time dealing with the very limited menu that they offer. read more
