Even better, Pierce arrived promptly, just after 8:30AM and appeared extremely professional and ready to get to work. Pierce was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I showed him the issues I was having with a toilet and two sinks, and he carefully explained what was going on in a way that made complete sense. He stepped back out to his van to coordinate with Laura on pricing, and within minutes had clear, straightforward options with numbers for me on how we could approach the problems. The pricing was very reasonable, and they even offered bundling discounts, which made it an incredible value! (Especially for the level of professionalism and quality service they provide.) They blamed on ice maker and said if I bought another tank it would Slone the issue. I bought the additional tank and issue remains. Then they showed up late to appointment so we had to move. They are supposed to come today. Happy with the system, overall, but service and appts scheduling needs work, and a little frustrated they found a way to charge me more (asking me to buy another tank) instead of fixing the problem.

And I didn't even feel like they wanted my business to begin with even though I live close by. After I complained about the price he told me that they don't fix appliances, only diagnose the problem. I would have never had them come out if I had known this. We hired another plumber for a separate job last week and the service call was only $89. When I told him that Chapman had fixed an outdoor faucet for us about a year ago, he told me they didn't even do that right. Never again!!

They installed the new tub, faucets, raised the shower head, and helped install the insulation on the outside wall. Great! Chris is a nice guy and easy to work with. They were not great at sweeping up after, and wiping out the tub but that isn't a big deal. I started cleaning up the bathroom today and discovered the hot water in the tub isn't working. So they are coming back out today to fix it. Great!

I called Madden's office and this nice lady said she could get someone out that afternoon. After hooking everything up he checked that everything was draining well, clean up the area and presented me with a bill that was less than the other people told me it would cost.
