Hop & Mop doesn't use harmful chemicals and what I like the most is they are friendly and very easy to work with in terms of customizing it to your liking. Fatima has changed my life. Allow me to explain: I'm a single woman who works full time. No children, no partner. But I can NOT keep my house clean. During the pandemic I sank into a crippling depression that made me question everything. It lead me to finally breaking down and allowing myself to hire a house cleaner. My house was a MESS. I have been regularly using Fatima's cleaning services for about half a year now and I highly recommend her for anyone who wants to get their house cleaned fresh. Her attention to detail is spectacular and you see it throughout the house - neatly folded sheets and clothes, emptied trash cans, squared off toilet paper rolls etc. Scheduling time with her is pretty easy and I do it over text. I leave the keys in a Masterlock in the morning and I return home to thoroughly cleaned space. Fatima is very reliable and I now understand why my real estate broker spoke so highly of her. Holy moly! Fatima was referred by my friend that raves about her. I really needed my house cleaned last minute so I called her up. To say that she went above and beyond would be an understatement! I walked her through the house and several times showed her what she didn't have to clean (you know those piles of unorganized crap that's "too messy" to deal with to expect your cleaning lady to pick up). She started upstairs and I went to check on her before I left and she had completely reorganized my messy hall closet on top of cleaning every last inch of it! Put all my shoes away, folded all the towels, top to bottom is was sparking and neat and orderly. I didn't expect her to even open the closet let alone all that! It gets better.... I then head to my bedroom, which I also told her to ignore the ginormous pile of clean laundry in my closet. I'm not kidding EVERYTHING was folded and either hung up or put away!!!! I couldn't believe it! My house had never ever been this clean or organized ever! By the time I got home later that evening and saw the finished product I simply couldn't believe what a good job she did. She also organized the office and did all the dishes and put them away....which I didn't ask her to do she just took the initiative with everything....which my house desperately needed! I was moving out of my apartment and Fatima's Cleaning Service came on the same day that I called. I was going to call a cleaning service and rent a carpet steamer, but luckily for me Fatima has a steamer! As far as I was concerned the apartment was really clean by the time they left. Unfortunately, during the inspection with my landlord, he pointed out a couple of areas that were left dirty. All in all, I was happy with their service. I wish they were a little more thorough. OH MY GOODNESS!!! This woman and her team are gods! I could not stand the insane mess my room mate (and her dog) left behind after a month of being out of town. Have finally found a reliable cleaning service! After repeated nightmarish run-ins with handybook and homejoy and the like, I finally turned to yelp for help. My 9am handybook reservation auto-cancelled for no reason at 6pm the night before and I had a new tenant moving in the next day. I freaked! Did a quick yelp search for "last minute cleaning" and Fatima popped up with five stars! She had someone at my place at 9am sharp the next morning. I live with 3 rowdy boys and a pit bull, so needless to say the place was in poor form. She had it sparkling like never before in just a few short hours and was so accommodating and efficient! I recently moved apartment and were looking for a cleaning service to use. I had used another cleaning service a few months ago and wasn't happy with the thoroughness of the cleaning, so I wasn't sure what to expect, especially as I needed a move out clean on a Sunday at very short notice. I found Fatima to be very helpful, courteous and professional in every way. On the day of the cleaning, the cleaning team were extremely thorough and professional. I also liked the fact that they asked me if I had particular areas of the house that I wanted them to focus on. They work meticulously for 5 hours and still kept to the quote that they originally quoted which was extremely reasonable. I received my full deposit back and the landlady was also happy with the cleaning job performed. The landlady did ask for a formal receipt and when I requested this from Fatima, it was emailed to me within minutes. Again, professional in every way! I wish I remembered to take before/after photos because Fatima turned my old apartment into a new place. They did an amazing "move out" clean. It almost made me not want to move out.
