He and his crewmate were on time, very kind, and careful. Partway through, they realized we needed another coat of paint and stayed late to take care of it. Pedro is amazing! We moved into our San Rafael house last January after purchasing from the original owner (built in 1952). The yard was seriously overgrown. The bushes had become trees and the trees were choked by weeds. Nothing had been trimmed, cut pruned or cared for in well over a decade, It took two full days, but the results are amazing! We couldn't be happier with the work that Pedro Alvarado has done for us. We needed to have our downspouts connected to drainage pipes, which included trenching properly to maintain the flow, connecting with existing buried pipes and routing everything to attachments at existing outlets.
