I ordered some flowers through FTD.com, and my order was routed to this florist. The flowers were for the home-arrival of a very sick family member from the hospital, so I requested same-day delivery and carefully chose a bouquet that I felt reflected both of us, having no baby's breath or filler flowers--just a dozen peach and dark pink roses with a handful of interesting greens. Five days later, the family member received a vase full of baby's breath with about five light pink roses and a couple of purple and orange daisies. The product was almost a week late and bore NO resemblance to the arrangement I ordered. This was not merely a case of necessary substitution--it was like they didn't even look at which bouquet I requested. I ordered 3 dozen lavender roses a month before Valentines day to be delivered 5 days before on the 9th. The flowers got there alright but were the saddest roses I have ever seen. They were already blooming and were wilting within 3 days. At 70 a dozen you would think they would last at least until Friday. Go somewhere else !!! read more

As Grandparents living in another state, it is with extreme difficulty to be apart from the little ones during a special event. Love Hope Flowers after years and years buying on line FTD or the rest. I gave up. This is a hidden gem in the City of Eagle. Great and friendly service. Plenty of staff. Will do anything to make you happy. The arrangements will be double the size of any online sale. The final kicker for me was the free rose i get every month. Other of my wife's coworkers are jealous. My grandmother was recently sick and the day she came home from the hospital my fiancé and I decided to send her flowers. We went on the Hope Blooms website and picked a bouquet that was beautiful and colorful and ordered it. The gal that answered the phone asked what size we wanted. We initially were going to go with the $39.99 option because the picture on their website looked fairly large but we wanted this to be really special for our grandmother so we decided to go with the next size up. We went to visit our grandmother two days later and the bouquet she got was awful!!!! The whole bouquet was about double the size of my iPhone.....!!! I can't imagine what that smaller size would have looked like....one flower!?!? I couldn't believe I had spent $62 on 5 flowers and a PLASTIC vase. I e-mailed to complain about it and received an e-mail back asking what they could do to make it right. I responded immediately and it has now been two days and I have not heard back from anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS SHADY PLACE!!! You are better off spending a little extra money and going through a real florist. Extremely disappointed. read more

The website for Hope Blooms was very appealing; it was easy to navigate, the photos of their arrangements were very nice, their prices seemed quite reasonable, and we especially liked their slogan at the top "We Deliver Happiness For You". So I called them directly and placed an order for the "Stunning Beauty" bouquet. I spoke to Jamie, who was an absolute delight! She even offered to email us not only a delivery confirmation, but also a photo of the a actual arrangement that would be delivered - what service! I received flowers from my husband for Valentine's Day and they came bright and early the day of, which is what my husband wanted. He called a week in advance and special ordered calla lilies as those are some of my favorite flowers. There were a few star gazer lilies in the arrangement as well as roses and other greenery. The arrangement really is beautiful and smells wonderful. I did notice after picking it up at the main desk one of the star gazer lilies was missing all but 2 of it's petals, some of the greenery was already wilting and several of the roses were also wilting. While I'm not usually overly picky on such things, I had a pretty good idea what my husband spent on the arrangement so I thought I would just reach out and let Hope Blooms know via email. I got a call from Kara who told me I would be getting a replacement arrangement. I told her it wasn't necessary, but she insisted and told me it would arrive that very day. I figured it would be a small arrangement to pacify me but boy was I wrong. The second arrangement is more beautiful than the first and included my beloved calla lilies. I have never ordered from FTD like the bad review said, but I think I would probably blame FTD if something was wrong with my last minute order instead of Hope Blooms. I have shopped there for around 7 years and have never had a problem. I think that someone ordering at the very last minute for an emergency same day delivery might consider giving more time to their actions. If someone I knew was sick at home, I would not wait until the last minute to send them something, but that's just me. I know that the staff has always gave me just what I wanted and paid careful attention. Unfortunately, I think Melani S's review was more a blame game for her own procrastination than a business who's number one job is to make a customer happy. Horrible Mother's Day experience! I placed and paid for an order for my Mother in Law who was visiting Eagle. It was very important to get the flowers to her because my Husband could not be with her. I received a confirmation with a delivery date of May 9th. At 3pm my sister in law informed me that the flowers had not been delivered yet. I called the flower shop and left a message because no one had answered. I finally received a return phone call at 6:04 Pm form Hope's telling me that they had "reached capacity" and wouldn't be delivering our flowers. The woman claimed she had sent me an email to tell me this but I never received any email. She was rude, offered no help and seemed to care less that it was now a time when all other florists were closed. I live in another State so it was impossible for me to arrange another option. Thankfully I was able to find 1 florist that was open and she felt so bad that they helped me. It did cost us more though, I will never use Hope Bloom Flowers & Things. Nor will I ever recommend them, I have never posted a bad review before but this florist deserves one! read more
