They didn't have longer bolts either and recommended I go to Al's Supply House. They were very sure Al's would have the correct bolt. And they did! Plus Noah did a great job of serving me.From now on I'll head to Al's before going to the bigger box stores. While I was at Al's I also noticed a steady stream of traffic.

The owners are local folks that truly care about community relationships. Owners and staff just know how to make you feel like you're important. Since my first visit, they've made me feel like I'm part of their "family"! I don't like being pressured by annoying sales people who try to sell you something just to sell something even if it's not what you're looking for. I tell you right now, that's not the case at Grand Pappy's. The knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff have listened to my needs and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without pressuring me. Like many people, I like getting a deal especially when you spend thousands of dollars. For that reason, i have a tendency to shop around, compare prices and quality, etc. Now knowing that I'm a very happy customer at Grand Pappy's, it should tell you that after doing my homework that's where I bought. I purchased a new stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. I was told there was a back order on my items and would not get them until July. I understood that due to Covid this may occur. I advised them that was fine. I provided a hefty deposit and was told the balance would come off my visa after delivery. July 7, I received my appliances and was pleased with my choices. Jump ahead to September 1, where I receive a call from "Ray" , manager at Wagners Appliances. Ray sounded like a drill sergeant asking if I was Catherine and after responding he became very aggressive and said " you haven't paid your bill, you owe us money". I of course said that we didn't owe anything and further he could tone it down a bit. He then went on to say that I hadn't paid my full bill. It takes plenty for me to get this angry but I did. I said, "we had our delivery in July and you're calling me now, yelling at me, accusing me of something nefarious. This is your exceptional customer service you tout on your website? I paid this bill on my visa, you have my card number and authorization." Suddenly, Ray went quiet. I continued by saying " this is the first time I've heard from you, nobody has ever called us to see how everything was working. No calls to touch base with your clients after I expressed interest in a standing freezer. So ultimately it would appear that Ray had not processed the final portion of our invoice. I then spoke to the owner of WAGNER APPLIANCES, Mark, he could not have cared less. No apologies for the error. No apology for how I was treated. Just dead air. Customer Service: 10/10 I drove in from Abbotsford to buy the item. Once at the store, I asked the cashier where to find this piece of equipment. She was friendly and welcomed to me into the store. The cashier was knowledgable of the product and took me straight to the item I was looking for. Website: 10/10 I was thankful that the KMS Tools website had been up-to-date and that I did not make the trip "for nothing". Pricing: 10/10 The product that I needed was on sale at nearly half the price of the same thing on Amazon.
