They unlock a new module over the weekend, but if you are pro-active and complete the quizes or discussion board before your scheduled zoom meetings, you will lose 4 out of the 5 hours of documented homework time. Furthermore, if you call and ask around the office about an issue, there is no guarantee that the will bother to help you. The instructor made an error on the attendance sheet, forgetting to put the time out before submitting it, causing everyone in the class to get 15 minutes of the 5 hours of lab time on their official grades. It was only corrected because I said something, we submitted an amendment form weeks ago, and after following up I was told they are still working on fixing it. Here we are almost a month later and the correct times have not been adjusted. I haven't missed a regularly scheduled zoom meeting with my instructor, I haven't missed a single Lab day, but because my instructor gives students every opportunity to not succeed, I only have partial attendance credit. I get there before my teacher, am always ready to learn and work my hardest , but everytime I ask my teacher what's going on, I am told "It was covered in the syllabus, you should know this." Funny thing is I call the support line for help, use their virtual assistance on their student portal, and nobody seems to know anything. The instructor has even said " I don't know why it's not working, you will have to meet with someone during business hours." My Disappointment of the institution can not be stated enough. DO not go to this school for Electrical Technician training. I was lied to and told there was an Extension Program for on the job training. After signing the payment agreement and asking about the Extension Program again, I was told "actually Electrical Technician DOESN'T have an extension program". I.E. they make it sound fantastic when they want your money, but when you expect the results that a $20,000 program should provide, they fall far short of my expectations.

The paperwork requires a doctor/medical professional to fill out information. I'm more in a gray area and my doctor was hesitant to complete the form. I do know there is testing on campus with The Practice, which I've used for family members. I think in my situation, it was specific issues within the classes/program that increased my anxiety. It's worth having a consultation with the DRC though if you think services may benefit. School can be stressful and getting some extra support is always nice.

I have autism, anxiety, panic attacks, and dissociative identity disorder. All of which can make it difficult to stay composed under stress. In my experience the staff don't know the appropriate way to handle a panicking/overly anxious student. This office is supposed to be a safe place but it definitely doesn't feel that way.

Exactly put : We were notified today that you are not eligible to use your VA benefits for your next course currently scheduled to begin on MTH/215 at the Las Vegas location. Federal regulations prohibit the payment of VA educational benefits in the event a student enrolls in or re-enters an educational program at a location in which more than 85 percent of the students in the program at that location are using VA educational benefits. The program and campus you attend has exceeded that 85% threshold So after advice from the "Acedemic counselor " to drop the course do to the issues in my class i was sent this letter .

The instructor wouldn't give any guidance while on the road and my son spent most of the time just waiting around. It's supposed to be wo weeks of learning behind the wheel and he hardly got any instruction. One student told him that they were on the road and he looked over and the instructor was asleep. This place seems like a scam. I would be leery before giving money to them. The first red flag should've been that they wanted the money by Zelle. I just thought that this was the way business was done these days. Go check out Ahern Trucking, they are more professional, a bit more expensive, but they will give you what you need to pass your CDL.

The cpr portion of the training Maria made sure we got our positioning right while performing cpr the correct way so when the time comes we know exactly how to do it and save some lives. The lifeguarding portion of the training just like the cpr made sure with every step she was on us to complete each step of saving a life in the correct fashion so when it comes time we know exactly what to do. The location was easy to find on W. Charleston, Building A Suite 6, and parking wasn't a hassle. The exam itself was straightforward and pretty quick. It's more of an assessment than an actual "appointment" where they treat anything. They run the required hearing tests, ask questions about your service connection, and document everything for the VA. The provider was professional and to the point. If you're coming here, just know this isn't for ongoing hearing care or hearing aids...it's strictly for VA Compensation & Pension exams. Overall, it was an efficient experience and served its purpose. Hope this helps another veteran walking in not knowing what to expect.
