Over the past 6 years, I have taken 9 standardized tests at numerous Prometric locations across the country. My experience, in terms of staff helpfulness/efficiency, cleanliness, ambient noise-level, parking, and overall testing experience, has varied widely. This prometric location was the best across all categories. The biggest asset to this location is their staff. The woman at the front desk knew the names of every person in the test center and what test they were taking off the top of her head. She used this information to help people comply with the rules for their individual tests during their breaks- very impressive and reassuring to know someone was there to herd the anxious/somewhat listless test takers into following the rules. The guy checking everyone in and out of the test center was the perfect balance of calm and in-charge. He had a very gentle demeanor, and a soft voice that helped me stay calm while I was checking in and out of my test (which I had to do literally 10 times). He was efficient too, which I really appreciated! The center itself is in a sunny location just off the highway with lots of free parking. There are benches directly outside where you can eat on your breaks (if your test allows for locker access, not all of them do). There are also plenty of clean bathrooms. In some other reviews, this center is criticized for complying with the rules of test distribution organizations and COVID policies. I would urge everyone to remember that the staff at the Prometric centers are not responsible for making these rules, they are only responsible for enforcing them. Prometric centers are strictly monitored with video recording and graded on their compliance. Staff can lose their jobs over non-adherence. I would definitely come back to this center and would 100% recommend it to anyone!! Thanks to everyone at this location for making my experience as tolerable as possible!

We tried to call corporate, no answer, no response. Finally tracked down the owner and he stonewalled at first then said he would work with us to make it right after tons of convincing.
