Repairs included pulling and installing a new toilet, replacing a shower drain gasket, and replacing a shower faucet stem. The repairs were completed at a fair price and no issues since. Then today, 8/29, I had to call to get someone out to diagnose a different leak that seemed to be from the irrigation system. Jackie was awesome on the phone in getting someone scheduled to come out in a window that started within an hour of the call. Then Justin Kinsey took it to a whole other level. He arrived about an hour later. Diagnosed the issue and got our interior water turned back on, which we had overcautiously turned off to get the leak to stop. He explained the issue and location, then provided a fair quote for future repairs. And didn't even charge us for the call, diagnosis, or getting the interior water back on. When we called, Rich answered the phone right away and was incredibly helpful. He quickly scheduled an appointment for us, and a plumber arrived at 8:30 the next morning to replace the damaged water softener. The plumber was patient and took the time to explain why the pipe had burst and gave us very helpful recommendations to prevent similar problems in the future. A Delta tech came with special equipment and stated he had detected a water leak under the concrete driveway. Based on his indication that a leak was under the driveway we proceeded to cut out a section of the driveway and uncover the waterline. There was no leak found. Soon after, another plumber came, conducted thorough tests and confirmed there was no leak anywhere in the water system of the house. His results were documented. Delta offered to refund half their fee of $88 for this service and resulting error. I'm out over $1600.
