Adam Garland was a very nice gentleman who seems to know his stuff about mobile home panels for skirting. I was informed that whoever put in the skirting it was not up to code, he explained what I might attempt to do before committing to him ReDoing what was done prior. His pricing for the skirting was under $200 plus labor. He even showed us the proper way that the prior work should have been done to prevent another BLOW Out during a hurricane. He is local to Lakeland and is a Christian contractor that will NOT Stear you in the wrong direction. He is honest and I believe he will do a GREAT job once I am able to hire him. To Charles W. In response to Mike C and his sub floor claim , at no time was flooring replacement discussed nor was insulation mention . The quote was to come in and fix the areas were the termite damage had occurred which was done , you were given a reduced priced because of youre parents medical conditions , Adam went above and beyond on this project and before we left you were and youre parents were given an opportunity to inspect and bring up any concerns you may have . All of you were thrilled with the work and happy about the price and the quality of work that was done . Also you said you would do the insulation and re lay the actual flooring yourself ,pricing for that was never discussed just the actual repair of the sub floor and reinforcement of the supports . To come on here and blatantly lie to hurt a business or business man is wrong, I know Adam prides himself on doing a great job for his customers and knows what he is doing . I needed to have a subfloor replaced and 2 1/2 sheets of plywood and he bought and 10 two by fours I think which I put on my Lowe's card he didn't pay for any of the lumber he didn't pay for any didn't pay for any nails and he took all of the nails and screws that I bought for the took and now my floor is so unlevel that the laminate and carpet company won't lay down floor because there's such Rises in Lowe's flooring and he self what they didn't tell you you just put in a new subfloor that was damaged by termites and rotted away and all you have to do is put new beams in and then new decking down and it's and has high spots low spots and I am supposed to use leveler That's not OK and he refuses to come back and fix it and he wants to argue with me saying that I'm wrong and I don't know what I'm talking I under there and he did not even stack the cinderblocks that are in the middle of the house that sides of the double eye the block are laying on the them. He didn't re-wedge them and take the load onto the blocksand now I have to try to find someone else to fix it as anybody else have the same trouble with this company. and if I could give them zero stars, that's what he would get. read more
