Everything was fine and they showed up the next day to see what I needed. I followed up with him on June 18 to see if they had a quote ready and he said no. I sent him a text on June 20th and no response. Fast forward to today, June 26. I left him a voicemail bright and early this morning and sent a text and no response. If they did not want the job, I just needed them to follow up with me like any normal business owner would do, but apparently they do not want to follow up.

FIrst they called me to let me know they were running a bit late which I appreciated. They prepared the area, completed the work, and explained to me what they were doing. I had used Freedom in the past after Hurricane Milton and was pleased then, and again I am very happy with the work. This was in April 25. Requested new vapor barrier and insulation. Speed getting it finished was…read moregood. BUT, the cost I paid, I found out I was ripped off and the actual quality is poor. I see daylight from cracks i have in my floor area where the molding I am taking off to fix. I also found when I dry my clothes the floor in another room got hot. I pulled out my dryer vent and the vent was blowing out in the space where there should be insulation!! This causes moisture where it shouldnt be. They didn't drop it out below the vapor barrier. Also there is another area that is not covered by the vapor barrier. I found out later that other companies would have been $3500-5000 for 1300 sq ft and that was with them vapor barrier, mold spray, insulating and running new ducting. I paid almost double and got VERY POOR Quality of work. I actually doubt they sprayed for mold either. This is post is much delayed because I am just now able to get my place fixed from the hurricanes last year.
