Was told that this company was the go to place for Minis in Texas. They do have the parts, but when…read moreI received the parts for my salvage rebuild, they gave me the wrong parts after giving pictures of the parts I needed to replace. They did fix the problem but after much debate and expense. We also bought a car from them and was told it was in "pristine" condition. Bought it sight unseen. After driving the car, a noise was heard, after replacing multiple parts the source was found. We replaced the brake pads and rotors, front wheel bearing, front struts (which had 2 left struts on it), and all of the front suspension parts just to get the problem solved. We've spent almost as much as spent on buying the car just to get that one problem solved. This company and specifically the owner, refuse to do anything about this even though we were told that they have performed all the work that was ever done to the car. If they had done the work, that means the installed 2 left front struts on it. The parts that was making the noise was rubbing the CV Axle on both sides, which will need to be replace eventually, should have been found by a qualified technician. I would avoid this place.

Long story short, someone hit my Ram in June. We had to go through a preferred collision place instead of Autonation like usual. They did a horrible job and used aftermarket bumper parts. It was crooked. We fought it and took it back and was told that the ram Parts would solve the problem. I picked it up and still crooked. I stopped at Autonation on my way home and saw Randy who has helped me before. I just wanted to see if he knew if it was a ram bumper like they claimed or if it was still after market. I explained the situation. He literally crawled under my truck in 100+ degrees to look at the part stickers. He took pictures and looked up the part numbers for me. He drove it in to his shop and had his guys look at it. Bottom line the other place put it on wrong. I will never go anywhere else again!! Randy and his department are hands down the best! Thank you Randy for being amazing!!!

They could make it right but choose not to and this location threatened to impound my car if I didn't sign a waiver of liability for them to repair it. I won't release them because the car they sold me is dangerous. I bought it at the North Richland location but Fort Worth serviced it and both are awful.
