After he got me to agree to a low ball offer (which is my fault), he flew to my location to buy the bike. Mr. Hinton made me believe that he was purchasing the bike for himself. We hosted him at our house from his midnight flight and in the morning he inspected the bike. He asked about a backrest for the bike which I told him that it was not available. He never asked to negotiate and just left with the motorcycle. En route back to his home, he called his bank to change the amount of payoff and never told me. I was short $250.00 from the transaction at which he never told me he was going to do. He agreed to a certain purchase price and he changed the amount without my knowledge. When I contacted him, he said he changed the pay off because it did not have a backrest. We never discussed a price change and the bike was 'as is' when he saw it. From my experience, I would be very cautions with dealing with this company. I just found out that my bike is up for sale on his website for 18,998, I only paid 19K when it was new and that was 15,000 miles ago. I would not deal with this company and look elsewhere. Anytime somebody changes the terms agreed upon, would make me cautious. I only lost $250 dollars but you could lose more. He does not have integrity in his dealings and he is the owner. This is just my experience.

Pick it up 2 weeks later, 2 days later does it again but he limps it there. After a week they say they can't find the issue. We go back to pick it up and it won't start. Week and a half later we go get it. Smells like a sweat shop, filthy inside and huge door ding! Never again will I buy a car from this place! Mind u our first payment was due May 1st!!!

I called for an update 2 weeks later and was told all my parts were in but the service department had 10 vehicles ahead of mine so it would still be a few weeks. Later the same week, I was informed my vehicle was in the shop being worked on. Then the following week Austin called to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. So, it only took a month for them to replace the motor and get my vehicle going. Very satisfied with the customer service we received and highly recommend them.

Phenomenal Customer Service at Texas Auto One…read more I can't say enough good things about this place. My car was unexpectedly stuck in a store parking lot about five miles away, and we just happened to come across the owner of Texas Auto One. Even though he wasn't actively on duty at the time, he didn't hesitate to help us out. He immediately sent one of his mechanics with us, who came prepared with a battery charger. The mechanic got my car started and drove it back to their shop. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the battery, and only charged me for the cost of the battery--no extra fees, no labor charges, nothing hidden. The owner was amazing--down-to-earth, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping us. I've dealt with a lot of auto shops in the past, but the honesty, generosity, and kindness we experienced here was unmatched. If you're in need of car help in the area, Texas Auto One is absolutely where you should go. I'll definitely be back (hopefully not out of necessity next time)!

The car I choose had a tear on the drivers side door, Richard said they would have it fixed. fast forward to March 18th my daughter took my car in to have it fixed So now we are in the Pandemic of the covid-19 on the 22 of March I called discount to see if my car was done, no answer 15 mins I called no answer. So I called Richard on his personal cell phone and he informed me they were closed due to the virus. But he went out of his way on his time to find out if my car was done and it was so Richard gave me the address to where my car was. I didn't quite know where that was so Richard was already in Ft Worth with his wife and agreed to get my car for me but that wasn't the best of it not only did Richard get my car for me he delivered it right to my front door. Little does Richard know how much he possible saved me that day, you see I have respiratory issues I was just getting over having food poisoning so me going out with this virus going on is almost impossible.
