I genuinely cannot remember the last time I experienced customer service this poor--particularly from a dealership representing luxury brands and selling six-figure vehicles. My husband and I drove 5 hours from Houston to Dallas specifically to purchase a 2022 Audi RS e-tron GT from Bishop after he had spent the week communicating with their salesman, Ahmed, about this exact vehicle. This was not a walk-in--he had a confirmed appointment. The morning we left, my husband texted Ahmed that we were beginning the drive and would arrive around 2. Ahmed responded, "Sounds like a plan I will see you then." When we arrived, Ahmed was with another couple. My husband was passed to another salesman and spent approximately an hour waiting for Ahmed. During that time, we inspected the RS, test-drove it, and were prepared to negotiate its purchase. Our daughter and I actually left because we expected my husband to spend the next few hours completing the deal. Instead, after approximately two hours at Bishop, my husband learned that the RS had been sold to another customer while he was physically inside the dealership trying to purchase it. And who was selling it? Ahmed--the salesman who knew we had just driven 5 hours from Houston, confirmed our appointment, knew we were actively en route, and had not even personally sat down with my husband yet. Nobody warned us another buyer was pursuing the car during our five-hour drive. Not when we arrived. Not before the test drive. Not while my husband waited an hour for his scheduled salesman. One phone call or text could have saved our family a 10-hour round trip. But perhaps the most insulting part? Before my husband was even given a meaningful apology or explanation, they attempted to sell him a different vehicle instead. We understand that without a signed contract or deposit, the Audi was not legally ours. That's not the issue. The issue is allowing a customer to drive five hours for a confirmed appointment, letting him test-drive the specific $59,000 vehicle he came to purchase, keeping him waiting--and then selling it while he's sitting in your dealership without so much as the courtesy of telling him what's happening. Our family lost roughly 12 hours of our day and hundreds of dollars in travel expenses because of a situation that could have been prevented with basic communication. This would be unacceptable customer service at any car dealership. From a dealership representing Maserati and Alfa Romeo and selling six-figure automobiles, it's frankly embarrassing. Luxury isn't just the badge on the building or the price of the inventory. Luxury is supposed to include the experience. We arrived prepared to spend nearly $60,000 with Bishop. I would give a "0" if Yelp would allow. I tried to buy a 2024 Maserati Levante and it was the worst experience of my life with a car dealership. When I test drove the car a week ago, the entire car pulled to the right. I spoke with maintenance and went for a drive to "prove" the car was not in alignment. I have waited 1 week and was told the car had been repaired and would be ready today. After driving again, the entire car pulled to the right. I asked to speak to the GM or anyone in management and was told I could not even have a name. I was told Bishop Maserati would not spend another dime repairing the car. My experience with this dealership and Vishal, the sales manager was terrible at best. I found him incredibly rude and condescending. My salesman, Anthony, told me to buy the car "as is" with the entire car pulling to the right or leave so I left. BUYER BEWARE. The whole experience was seamless and easy! The staff were kind, understanding, and respectful! I inquired about a Volvo xc40 and asked if it was available. Noor reached out to me via text. He answered my questions and we made an appointment to meet. Once we stopped texting I got an email with all of the vehicles specs and CARFAX report. He even went out and made me a personal video showing me the car on the lot!l and all the features. I met him the next day and he answered all of my questions... I told him that car buying makes me anxious all the back and forth and the hassle. He and his team were the opposite. I would seriously recommend you try this dealership if you come across it!!! I first contacted this dealership regarding a vehicle I had seen online. I spoke with a salesperson named Sven who, while very polite, made it very obvious he was not interested in selling me a car. The car I was looking at is a family SUV (Ford Escape) and I really think that the people at Bishop Maserati just have a very high opinion of themselves. That's good tho, self love is important. I did the credit app and I was sent some numbers and they looked like this (I was upside down in my trade significantly). Here's the deal sheet she gave me: $4,000 down miniumum High interest rate (the dealership marked it up at least 1.5%. They do this so that they can get residual value every time you make your car payment 1.5% of the interest goes to the dealership where you bought the car. Of course Bishop Masarati chages the highst fee in this regard that is allowed by law. (Avoiding prosecution seems to be their standard for customer service). Here's the rest of the numbers with my comments: Retail Price $16,999 (the car was listed for $15k on their website not $17k) They added a $2000 full warranty coverage package WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME OR ASKING ME. Please know that when they do this they often tell you that it's a condition of the bank that you buy the warranty. THAT IS AN ILLEGAL LIE. Record your entire time in the finance office. I never got so far as to go into the dealership because I didn't have $4,000 to put down on a $15,000 car. What's wild to me is that they structured this deal this way on purpose to make the most money for them without any regard to what I had told them about my budget or priorities. I'm quite certain I would have been approved and have the car in my garage right now if they hadn't added on so many dealer adds and ran a clean deal thru the banks. They were running a total loan of $26,000 on a $15,000 car. I know that $4000 of that was the negative equity in my old car but those thousand dollar protection packages and such are just a complete rip off. My credit is not perfect, but I did just buy a similar car in February and had a 667 score. I think now it's in the 650 range. I could be wrong credit scores change fast. With all that said it was clear to me that they did not want to work with me, they were not at all concerned about working with a buyer who has credit challenges, etc. If they had given me the price they had it listed for on the website (I never tried to negotiate that price) $15,888 I would have bought it and it would've been great. But by the time he got done adding all those finance office complete scam rip off charges the balance was over $26,000 (4,000 of which was upsidedown equity) so her loan was $22,000 for this car. If they would have taken out all the extra stuff that is totally unneded by any human it would have been $15,888 advertised price on their website and others, plus TTL which would run about $900. The dealer adds a $250 doc fee that's not necessary to pay and so much more. The bottom line would've been in the 20-22k range. So, did this person get screwed? Yes. The dealership absolutely scammed your friend. read more

I visited Bishop Maserati Alfa Romeo of Hurst to purchase a 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia that was advertised for $15,000. I arrived as a cash buyer, but the dealership informed me they would not honor that price unless I provided a trade-in and used their in-house financing. When I pointed out that Texas Administrative Code § 215.250 requires dealers to honor featured prices for any retail buyer, management refused to comply. I was also quoted a $301.25 documentary fee, which is higher than the state's $225 presumed reasonable limit. In my opinion, the pricing here is misleading. I was eventually asked to leave the premises for requesting the advertised price. I have filed formal complaints with the Texas DMV (Enforcement Division) and the Texas Attorney General regarding these practices. If you are a cash buyer, I recommend confirming in writing that they will honor their online price before making the trip. read more

Overall it was a very poor experience. Let's start with the receptionist who was rude and was vaping the whole time I was there which was off putting but I was focused on the car so me and my fiancé ignored it. My sales person was Jerry Kidd. I was interested in purchasing a 2020 Tesla Model 3. The pictures he sent me before I drove all the way to Hurst from Sachse made the car look amazing. When I saw it in person I was shocked by the damages on the vehicle. There were scratches everywhere and in the backseat the previous owner had a car seat which dented the leather seats. Also there was a small scratch in the windshield. I explained all of this to Jerry which he says he didn't notice and conveniently took pictures from far angles and left out the back seat. While negotiating my trade, the agreement for the car had all types of services I didn't need or want but he said that they couldn't remove them. After saying I wouldn't buy the vehicle somehow he was somehow able to remove the additional coverages. Long story short I agreed to buy the vehicle with my trade as long as the windshield got fixed and the back seat was replaced. Fast forward to today. I bring my vehicle on the day Jerry and I agreed on and conveniently Jerry is off. Also nobody knows anything about the repairs to my vehicle. When I talk to Richard which I guess is one of their service people he tells me that it will only take a hour to fill the windshield crack and detail the vehicle (since it only got a partial detail on the day I bought it). After waiting for over 4 hours I requested my car back. It wasn't even detailed like they promised just shined the wheels, oh and that crack in my windshield they made it worse! It his is the worst car buying experience I've had. I know most car salesmen are crooks but this takes the cake. I will also be telling my thousands of social media followers not to shop here. read more

This has been the worse car experience ever for my fiancé and I. Everything that could go wrong, did. First the salesman promised they would fix a crack in the windshield and the upholstery on the back seat. When arriving to the appointment we were told that they didn't know we were coming nor would they be able to fix the seat. On top of that our salesman had quit the day after our sale and had not communicated anything with the service department or filed the sale. We waited two hours for the crack to be bigger than before. After speaking with the manager they replaced the whole windshield. Fast forward the plates come in and we find out they have filed my fiancé's name wrong with the dmv. Now we ate coming up on the due date for the car payment and we can't officially make the car payment because the dealership has filed the check incorrectly.I would advise you to go somewhere else. We are at the point of returning the car.This has been the worse month. read more
