Key areas: Getting refills promptly addressed via portal and without having to place a call to let them know a request has been put in. Ensuring the RIGHT medication is being refilled. Follow up- if there's an issue with insurance or payment or test results or prescriptions, you will not receive a call. You might not even be notified on the portal. To get proper medical service, the patient needs to be on top of them for all the above reasons. If you are an active and engaged participant in your own medical care and are willing to double check things, you'll be fine here. I can say that, for me, I've seen some improvement from years past.

FIRST: I want to thank Rhonda, I had came in a few weeks ago for a potential kidney infection..not only did Rhonda call me daily to check on me, when my symptoms progressed (as I have ms) she called numerous places to get me in for imaging asap to figure out the issue: so thank you Rhonda for going above and beyond for me. She actually listened to my symptoms and showed she cared. SECOND:I would thank Meaghan. I went in to discuss potential infection and heightened anxiety. Meaghan not only was the first person to make me feel comfortable enough to open up to but she validated my feelings which meant more then words can explain. After numerous doctor's appointments finding someone who truly listens and try everything they can to help. She takes her time with her patients, and is very thorough throughout the entire appointment. It was a simple prescription request that required several phone calls, an in-person visit and a message on my patient portal. Rather than reach out to me and apologize for everything I had to go through with the office, Dr Bramwet wrote back on my patient portal showing that he didn't care about me as a patient. It was incredibly disappointing. When I tried to write back again, my account had been deactivated So hard to find a doctor that truly cares about his patients. Dr Bramwell certainly doesn't.

One of those people you are immediately at ease with. She always makes me feel like I'm in good hands! She's very thorough when it comes to getting a full picture of my health, and seems to have a lot of knowledge about current research. She's not just there to write a script and send you on your merry way...she actually listens to you and even picks up on things you don't think to mention. Front desk staff and nurses are also very sweet and welcoming! Even the phlebotomist is wonderful, I have to get blood taken frequently and have difficult veins to find so I have some horror stories...but she always finds my veins on the first stick. The wait times are excellent, I arrived early for a morning physical and they took me almost right away, about 15 minutes before my appointment, then I was in and out in an hour (which I appreciated as I had to get to work). I've tried several doctor's offices in Alpharetta and am relieved that I've finally found one I both like and trust. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommended!

Dr. Malcom Traxler (Yes the Dr.'s are married to each other) is my husband and I's Dr. He is very gentle, and listens well. He is conservative and does not jump to invasive approaches first. It is nice to be able to have the same practice for the whole family! The office staff is great, friendly, and treat everyone as individuals, not a number. They go out of their way to serve the patients. This is not one of those busy practices where you have to wait days or longer for an apt. You will see the same Dr. every time. They do have a PA that works with them. I have not seen her personally, but have spoken with her and she is very nice. She fits in well with the rest of the staff. For my large family I love getting personalized attention from the Dr.s and being able to get in quickly if we need to be seen. Often the same day.
