On the wax try in "Dr." Crummey made some marks and scanned it again. The permanent one came in with 2 extra teeth. It is too big and too long causing me sinus issues. After arguing with Crummey, I was passed over to "Dr." Ty Bennet (who has about 5 yrs of experience), he solution was to reline it. Of course it is still too big and too long since it still has the 2 extra teeth. Their solution was to dismiss me, when it should have been remade. They don't stand behind their work!! They only care about making money! The horrible lab they use charges them $129 to make the denture. They robbed me of $1800 for something that can't be worn. AVOID THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

They truly do go above and beyond earning this business a 5+ star in my book. I will certainly recommend to everyone. The work done is to perfection. I've had minor cavities filled in the past which put me quite a state when I found out I would need some extensive work done. When all was done, I realized it really was not that bad. It's all the little things they do that make the biggest difference. If you find yourself in the chair as I did, please do not hesitate to voice your feelings (good or bad). The staff will do their best to accommodate your needs and make you feel as comfortable as possible. When we first moved to the area, a dentist was a priority for my adult daughter, who suffers from a severe case of Social Anxiety so I first read reviews then reached out to Townsend Dental for an appointment. I sat down with who I thought was the office manager - but now I'm thinking she was front desk manager - regardless, I met with them, we sat down and discussed a treatment plan, I explained her diagnosis and struggles and I was assured that she would be placed with ONE dentist and ONE amazing tech during her visits. I explained that it was important for her to know them and feel comfortable. This I was promised, and my daughter went to several appointments with no trouble. But fast forward to recently when my daughter was told she needed more ($4,000) work done. I scheduled the appointment, sitting in the waiting room, she bursts through the door - her face so red I was afraid she was going to have a stroke, dental bib still around her neck. I didn't know what happened but tried to calm her and had her wait outside. I obviously wanted to wrap things up inside so I could check on her outside. Later I found out that what happened was the tech was working on a tooth that wasn't expected and so my daughter TRIED to question it but was ignored. She panicked and ran out. The failure here is on the staff that this tech and this doctor were NEVER informed of my daughters diagnosis and therefore were not prepared. It was a definite failure of communication. Several days pass (it took 2-3 days for the physical stress to dissipate) and I called the dentist office - thinking that we would discuss next steps and how to get her the treatment she needs. They however, were only concerned with the fact that they weren't compensated and lost $4,000. So they sent her a very cold letter saying that they no longer wanted her as a patient. I was shocked and honestly, it broke my heart!!! I tried to do this right so that my daughter wasn't hurt but she ended up hurt AND abandoned. This has been a MAJOR setback for her. Please be aware. I don't want anyone else hurt like my daughter was. Thank you if you read through to the end.
