We ordered a beer and cosmo, they were tasty. We also ordered nachos and substituted nacho cheese sauce for real cheese, and added a side salad. The service was good, she checked in on us and was friendly. It was Christmas Eve so not packed but still busy. We came for karaoke ambiance at 8pm left at 8:45pm and not one announcement or any karaoke information put out there . We watched football and listened to Christmas musics from the restaurant.

    Double smash burger extra veggies.

Had too much fun last night so my husband and I were on the hunt for a good juicy burger. Saw the reviews for Smokin Robinson and it brought us to this location about 35 minutes from our house. Staff was very friendly, atmosphere was great, love their outdoor section and last but not least food was delicious! I had the double smash burger with Mack and cheese, husband had the brisket sandwich and cheese cake to go. Definitely going back for that burger and hopefully next time we can catch some live music.

    Corn beef and cabbage meal.

This is my 3rd trip here. For St Patricks day. I had the Corn beef and cabbage meal. My wife had the Cottage Pie. It was very satisfying and well flavored. Service was good. We also enjoys the complimentary peanuts.

Fried gazzards, given a nice amount. But chewy.

Still 3 stars after another order. Ordered To-go. Walked out to the car for my younin ready to eat a bite and see the top container wasnt closed properly and the cheese sauce went all over the inside of the bag (over a second portion of food). The fried gizzards were graciously breaded but chewy. For my own reference , it is better made from home. Mac and cheese= 10/10 esp with pork, the " Parmesan garlic toast" is truely sad 1/10. Gizzard=no thanks. Service would be better had the containers been closed. Most sad I see no Smokin Robinsons catfish or Greens on the menu. (I want to try thier recipe)

    Large bug in salad

Found a large bug and hair in my salad. Spouse says he "watched it crawl out". Waitress was amazing about the situation but will not be coming back.

    Sliders.

Great place to go and even better than before. Things I noticed. 1. They have a place for pets. 2. Corn hole and beer pong. 3. Outdoor/indoor bar area. 4. Restrooms are cleaner. 5. Best sliders in the state Go and enjoy your food, hospitality needs a little work but joy much you can do about that. This place is about food and comfort, don't over think it.

Half rack of ribs (Alder and Apple wood Smoked BBQ St. Louis Ribs), collared greens, fries, cornbread. (Ranch, bbq sauce, butter)

The ribs weren't anything to write home about, and I wouldn't make it my go to BBQ spot. The service was terrific and it seems like they have some reasonably priced burgers / smaller options. The big draw was their night events, the menu said they had pretty great drink deals on Wed and Thurs. Well deserved four stars.

Not too bad. I had the New York steak and I love the char grilled taste. I wasn't into the mash potatoes because of all the butter I could taste. The green beens were just ok. We also had deep fried breaded pickles and they were pretty yum! I'd go back, someday, to try the chicken wings and other food items in the menu.

Kudos to our server, Kat, as she was so smiley and friendly! We ordered the house rolls that came with honey butter and salmon dip that came with house made crackers. These were both amazing!!! My drink was a key lime martini. It was perfectly balanced with sweet and tart! My husband order the beef bolognese with handmade pasta. Tasted just like Italy! I ordered the catch of the day: pan roasted Coho salmon. So flavorful and cooked perfectly. Desert was the coconut cake with homemade vanilla ice cream. Flavors were great but the cake was too dense for my liking. The ice cream however, so creamy and perfect!!! This is a great place for a date night or special occasion. We look forward to going back and trying some steak! Is it worth the drive?...yes

We had a very nice server, however she never even asked whether we wanted a second drink - fair as we most certainly didn't. I ordered the special margarita (dragon fruit and mango) - instead I got downgraded to the house margarita which tasted like sh$tty margarita mix sans tequila. This absolutely terrible drink was served in a tumbler sized glass full of ice, as if I would not realize the drink scam going on here. My wife ordered a strawberry basil summer cooler - it lacked flavor and even the hint of ETOH. Well, that was the highlight of our onetime only experience. The food was completely lacking in seasoning - the chefs must have been trained in Poulsbo. My best guess, drunk boaters do not care that the food is not well cooked and under seasoned. Given their likely inebriated state, they probably also don't care that they are being given drinks with almost no alcohol and even worse execution. Caveat Emptor

The word brunch creates an image of creative & specialized dishes designed to entice and excite the customer. This experience abysmal! We were seated by a server that gave off a vibe that said "I will seat you because it's my job but I'd rather just stand here staring out the window." No smile crossed her face. The vibe in the restaurant was...blah. Kinda depressing for a restaurant considered to be higher tier casual. Our server arrived and took our order. That experience was average at best. We both ordered the waffle breakfast. Pearl sugar waffle, meat of choice & eggs. My husband ordered ham with eggs scrambled well. My order was sausage patty and eggs over medium. The wait was pushing 30 mins which is completely unacceptable with an essentially empty restaurant. What came next convinced me that Maynards didn't give a crap about their customers. Every restaurant has an expediter, the last line of defense before food leaves the kitchen. This person should notice when quality is lacking. In this case, that person was asleep at the wheel and the car went off the road and into a ditch. Maynards does not respect customers enough to serve quality food. The proof is evidenced by the BURNT pre-packaged waffles that were clearly popped into a toaster & served cold. The sausage was so anemic that I wasn't convinced it was fully cooked. Visible white fat made it even less appealing. The eggs? They were horrible, cold and cooked to death. My husband said he liked his eggs but the moderate praise came to a screeching halt once he tired the ham. He said it was prepackaged and prepared on a dirty cook top that made it taste awful. I am so offended at the audacity of this restaurant to serve us such low quality food. I believe in complementing when food and service are excellent and requesting a manager when they are not. Next up, requesting the manager. I asked the girl at the front to have a manager sent to our table. Our server arrived at our table telling us there would not be a manager at the restaurant until 12:30, an hour and a half later. Moments later a sous chef arrived at our table asking about our issues. We explained that this food was prepackaged, improperly cooked and completely unappealing. His response was completely ridiculous and disrespectful. "We have alot of housemade items on our menu. If you had ordered something else, it would have been housemade." Are you freaking kidding me!? Then he asks if we wanted something else. Really? Kid, read the room!! He then asked if we wanted it comped. Yes, I am not paying for this! $20 a plate? A joke, indeed! We walked out. Maynards did everything wrong. Sadly, I believe they don't care and nothing will change. This visit cemented our decision to never return. On a side note, we had a wonderful waffle meal at Wafflestop complete with a tasty coffee drink for the same price! A happy, smiling & kind server completed our meal worthy of our time and money.

My wife said the Eggs Benedict were the best she ever had. It was simple, but each element was prepared to perfection and the combination was delicious. I would agree but that is based on the one bite I was allowed! My scramble was great. Perfectly cooked eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Our plates were both clean.
