I have never had bad service from anyone at this wonderful facility. They have been taking care of my entire family for years and they are so caring and kind. From the moment you make that phone call or stop at the front desk, you are treated to the nicest service by some of the nicest people I know. I have seen all of the providers at this business, and They ALL go out of their way to make sure you receive the best possible treatment. I would recommend this wonderful care business to anyone without reservation. They go out of their way to get you in when you need to get in, and then take care of you when you are there. Chris C.

Another (a NP) told me she would prove that every one of my several symptoms was not due to a particular condition that I believe I have. She never proved anything and never any followup to check on it. I am obese but was told I looked pretty good so I never got any help with that. When the Medicare GLP-1 bridge program started I hoped to participate but that didn't work out. I could have then been covered by Part D but the doctor (NP) would have had to work with me. Instead she blamed any issue on the nurse, and said she would not see me again. Now I am looking for a new doctor which I should have done years ago.

For non-white patients, regardless of political party, this is scary thing to hear from your doctor and nurse. Cheyenne Regional Center needs to set basic standards for their staff. Their website promises "compassionate care." But if the doctor cutting into you and the nurse giving you meds can't have a respectful attitude at work towards minorities and the pain they experience- even if they can't relate to it-that's not compassion. Even if they've never experienced heart disease, they should have compassion for the daily pain of having heart disease. It's no different for the pain experienced by people of color. Do better, please.

I called Looby's office first thing in the morning on 7/20 and explained the situation to them, and that I was referred by CRMC's emergency department. They said they had to wait for the ED paperwork to come through. They took my number and promised to call me back. They did not. So I called again at 1 pm on 721. Same thing. Here we are a week later and they still haven't contacted me at all! 0/10 would not recommend

During my visits with Dr. Fischer I have felt truly listened to and she has taken her time to educate me about conditions of my health. It is especially convenient to have a lab for bloodwork or other tests right down the hall for as little as a 24 hour turn-around time. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Fischer!

They don't know ANY of my medical history, and refused to see me the day prior to my appt that had been scheduled for NINE MONTHS. I have posted this exact scenario on Facebook, but it gets deleted every time and I now my profile is "blocked." Guess we don't want the people of Cheyenne to know the truth. Lana Sykes technically is who I was scheduled to see. Almost comical how she was highly recommended by the hospital when we first moved here due to the complexity of my medical conditions, however this is not a doctor we would ever trust to treat a patient that has any issues beyond possibly a sinus infection. Pathetic excuse for a "doctors office" and even more sad that an office manager can call a patient derogatory names and get away with it. Guess we will continue to travel over 14 hours away fro good medical care and where doctors actually care about you. Editing to add: whomever is in charge of their social media also went onto my personal page and broadcast my supposed medical information, except the medication she claimed I asked for is a medication I cannot take as my body does not process it properly. What occurred was a hipaa violation, and I will be reporting this to the proper authorities. Why the doctor would be okay with this happening under her name, I will never understand. I will continue to post my reviews to warn others about the poor experience I have had. But I guess my reviews they consider harassment. Interesting concept.
