Lots of clients don't even go in but have it mailed to their home. They just left me hanging high and dry for a ridiculous reason since I have done everything they asked of me for 3 years now. I was unaware they needed this test yesterday but offered to get it done in a few days when lab is open. I am shocked! What kind of management is running this operation? Is business so good that they want to exile a great client?
