Took my car bc my AC is out. I had taken it to pep it's for a self diagnosed they figured out that the condenser needed to be changed. I let mechanic know at this place it was condenser , but he was going to look for a leak to make sure it was the condenser and not something else. Would call every 2/3 days for updates, he would tell me he still could not figure it out and would try again the next day. He had my car for 3 weeks, and could not get the job done, gave excuses every time. On top of that, I called on the 3rd week he had my car-3 separate business days to get updates on my car.: but my call went unanswered.
Complete waste of my time and resources (since I didn't have a car for 3 weeks). Ended up picking my car, and I am now taking it to another mechanic. read more
