He welcomed us warmly, expressed genuine concern for our welfare and tight schedule, and said he'd look at the car right away. He got back to us faster than expected. The problem was the compressor, and he couldn't get the part till next day. So, since I had that Albuquerque event, we figured we had to keep going sans air conditioning. Without any pressure, Majec clarified that the compressor could give out any time, stranding us on a highway in temps over 100. So, he helped us brainstorm a solution: my husband waited in El Paso for our car, I drove a rental ahead to my event, and Majec stayed on top of it all so my husband could catch up ASAP. Majec communicated well throughout, his team moved fast, and he charged much less than if we'd waited to do the work elsewhere. He also insisted we call from Denver to tell him how everything went.
