Communication could be better. We paid for 3 days of a set, 2 chairs and an umbrella, for $120 plus the extra 20% fee since we paid with card. No problems with set up our first or third day. Look ahead at the weather because there is a no refund policy, even if it storms and they have no plan to set up that day. We didn't know that there was no plan to setup our second day until we called Larry that afternoon since our chairs and umbrella were still chained up vs set up. He said he isn't setting up, nor refunding for the day that we had paid for already. We had expected it setup by the time we came back from the NAS, but we still went out and enjoyed the beach as best as we could that day with no chairs and just used our kids umbrella. It was stormy early the second day and windy the rest of the day, but the 3rd day was also extremely windy with no problems with set up. read more

If I could give a zero I would. No service. Website has a phone number who's message is to text. If they answer the text....they say things like ,"I'm literally dealing with 100's of persons, hit me up later" texted again....and they said "I'm not even at the beach yet" it was 10:00 and I had scheduled 9:30 am kayaks....they NEVER should up! So....don't use them! read more

These guys are really service oriented. We called them and they were very quick to get us three chairs and a large beach umbrella. They set the chairs and umbrella up for us and told us to call them back when we were done. By default, they told us they would come get them about 6pm. The chairs were comfy and the umbrella provided nice shade and stayed put. Had a great time on the beach and would definitely use them again. We paid with card on the beach-front using their phone as the Point of Sale. read more

Had a great experience with the Horizon Beach Service back in July. The owner Larry was great! Pricing was very fair. He promptly brought us an umbrella/chair set each day we requested them. The last day we kayaked in the bay and had a blast! Will definitely use Larry again next summer in Pensacola! read more

My wife and I arrived at Margaritaville Pensacola for our annual visit. We look forward to a number of things, but few more than seeing Loni and enjoying his company and service during our stay. Imagine our disappointment to find that Margaritaville now had a group called Lazy Days providing this "service". From minute one we could tell that we were in for something far less than service. At least that that we had come to expect! Change is inevitable, but sometime what might seem like a simple "business decision"(what we were told) fails to involve all of intangible aspects that in this case are lost. Such a great experience! We rented a paddle board for 3 days. The board was delivered and came with the oar and a life vest. The owner came and picked the paddle board back up on the third day and was super friendly. Our whole family enjoyed using the paddle board! Other companies here charge more and don't even deliver!! Larry Porto is the best at providing beach chairs and umbrellas. He sets them up every morning and puts them away every evening. He charges reasonable rates.
