The couple in front of us, man said this is the line for reserve time only -_- he was joking because it is free for all to see. The line did get bigger and longer right after 530. They kinda opened up a bit earlier and it was so pretty each and everywhere you look. They do a theme every year. 2025 was Disney. (Sorry I didn't take pictures of the theme lights) The most of the decor is just the covering of everything. It's a walk in and through then out the front patio path with more decor that's for after or before. There are signs around their neighborhood to please be respectful The couple in front of us before going/getting in, the lady said they come every year for them, it was my first time. The volunteers were quiet and helped take photos, one gave me a book mark. A must to visit in near and far for the this. I wouldn't know how long of a wait for the end of the line during 6pm it was going around the block but if everyone goes in take pics look around we did probably 10mins

We decided to do a build out to update the space. Anthony was very friendly and punctual. The team that he works with were also friendly and on-time. I was concerned about dust, but was so impressed with how clean they kept everything from start to finish. Anthony has an excellent eye for design, and was very helpful with suggestions for spacing and placement. He was also sure to take care of all the details, including removing existing speakers and lights that would no longer fit and properly patching up holes. They did exceptional work, and we are so happy with the finished product. We look forward to working with him again for our lighting.

I had a very specific and challenging project: installing a gas fireplace into a very small, original arched Victorian fireplace. Anthony was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He patiently answered all of my questions and spent a lot of time working with my masonry contractor to explore every possible option. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, we ended up with the best solution possible. We are finally got rid of draft and now spending most evenings in once most abandoned room

Within an hour of my initial inquiry, I had something on the books literally same day. Tommy (who did the initial consult for me, and was very easy to talk to) stopped by and recommended a more thorough review. I was able to get that scheduled for the next day. They sent Elvin over to take a look at the mess I have going on with my very ancient electrical system. He was super helpful - he took his time walking through and evaluating everything, and explained things to me while doing so. When it came down to his professional opinion and recommendations, it was a super chill conversation -- he made my options clear and understandable without the feeling of an 'upsell' He also humored my dog, who kept following him everywhere They were also available to do the work almost immediately, but my scheduling couldn't accommodate. So TLDR: super fast response, ability to do work quickly, and really good people to work with.

They were…read morevery responsive in setting up a free quote on 2/10/26 and quickly scheduled the service for the next day. To secure the appointment, I had to prepay for a package that included full diagnostics and replacement of up to two devices. I felt comfortable paying upfront because of their reviews and business model, and I was on a tight timeline. On 2/11, the technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and restored power to two non-working outlets. However, the job was not completed as agreed because the outlets required GFCI replacements. The technician said he was not informed that outlets needed to be replaced and did not have the necessary materials. That lack of preparation immediately caused delays. I also felt there was more focus on upselling a larger future project rather than completing the paid scope of work for the day. After I contacted the company, a follow-up was scheduled for 2/13/26. I was initially given a two-hour window, but the appointment was changed last-minute to later time that evening. The second technician was efficient and completed the outlet replacements in about 30-40 minutes. Still, the overall experience resulted in a multi-day setback that impacted my next urgent project and now not allowing me to move forward due to the long weekend (president's day). To their credit, management followed up and set up a call 2/17/26 with the manager of operations; they ultimately honored their "Five or Free" guarantee. However, I was initially told that all five promises had to be broken to qualify for a full refund, which contradicts their stated policy. Their guarantee clearly states that if even one promise is missed, the service is free; so I had to reference their own website during that discussion. At the end I appreciate that the full refund was ultimately offered / issued. However, due to the lack of preparedness, delays, and overall experience, I would not hire them again.
