By that time I had already purchased another light so my home would be ready for the holidays. When I got the call I told him I would be canceling the order and would come in And get reimbursed for the order. When I arrived I was told that it was a special order and I now had to receive an in-store credit. How is it my fault that 7 to 10 days turned into 48? The owner didn't even have the decency to come and tell me. He made his poor customer service lady tell me I could not get my money back. The sad thing is I now have to do business with them again in order to use up my in-store credit.

I contacted the company, and a new photocell was shipped to me at no cost. This year I dropped the globe of a smaller outdoor lamp. Again a new globe was shipped to me free of charge.
