Without telling us, he subcontracted the job to someone else that we did not have the opportunity to review first. We did not find out until the job was half done that it was not The Grounds Guys doing the work. Due to the incompetence of the subcontracted company, our yard now has significant draining issues. We had four other landscapers come out to see the work, it needs to be completely redone. We are out over $8,000. We tried to work with The Grounds Guys owner, Dan Booth, to have something put into writing on how he would get this fixed, Nothing. We contacted corporate, Nothing. Stay away from this company.

He looked an an Old Oak towering over my garage and told me that the tree was in great health so not urgent to do. However the front was.
