We installed 2 sliding doors and 6 windows at a fraction of the cost of the company that floods your mailbox with ads. The installation team of Tony, Forest, Drew and David were on time, knowledgeable and kept the jobsite clean. When you're driving a company vehicle that is clearly marked with your business and phone number, you should probably drive reasonably and professionally in a manner that represents your company. Southbound on interstate 15 driving through Murrieta, your truck with license plate 56425S2 was cutting vehicles off and not utilizing their turn signal in between dangerous lane changes while driving at speeds in excess of 85 mph. THE WORST! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! [[HIGHLIGHT]]POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] BAD PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! TOTAL RIP OFF! We were preparing our home for sale and needed to replace just one small dual pane glass of an old Milgard window. We provided Horizon Home Heroes aka Horizon Window Care, with the Milgard "line numbers" so that they could get the correct size, silver metal spacer, Low E glass and appropriate breather tube to match all the other windows in our great room. Instead, these idiots took away our original glass and installed glass that had a breathing tube dangling from a corner of the glass, instead of having the small capillary tube being embedded through the top side. This is a requirement to prevent the glass from breaking if the air pressure inside the dual pane glass is not in equilibrium with the pressure inside the exterior of the glass. So the dangling breathing tube was not only a hazard, but was an unsightly mess. To make matters even worst, the worker, Tony Rodriguez, who claimed he had been replacing glass for over 15 years with this company, left pieces of adhesive foam insulation dangling from the other corner of the window glass. This type of symmetry is almost laughable, except when we pointed out the problem with the window glass AND the the poor installation, Tony Rodriguez refused to do anything to correct the foam insulation problem the he created. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This horror show of a company got much worse after over 20 phone calls to the the manager named "Veronica" refused to send anyone back to fix the problem caused by the installer and attempted first, to blame the manufacturer of the replacement glass for the dangling breathing tube, and then "swore" that the tube was supposed to be visible and dangling instead of being inserted from the outside of the dual pane to the inside if the sandwiched glass.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But the story doesn't end there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Since Horizon, through their manager "Veronica" refused to do anything, we asked for our old window glass back so that we could change the glass back to the original. "Veronica" first agreed to do so, and the after further phone calls, inexplicably refused to return our original glass[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Unless you actually like entering litigation with these bozos: Manager VERONICA, installer TONY RODRIGUEZ, and HORIZON WINDOW CARE aka what could be the last HORIZON HOME HEROES, do not hire these people to do anything to your windows or anything for your house. Oh, and if you do change any windows or replace fogged glass, never pay with cash. Only pay with a credit card so you can protect yourself. read more

Customer service is great. Folks re very friendly and prices are somewhat reasonable. The only reason I'm giving them 3 star instead of 5 is because they had to come out to my house 5 times. Yes 5 times are they weren't successful as measuring the glass size of my window. I can understand making a mistake once and maybe twice but 5 times. Absolutely horrible! Their website says free estimates once the measurements were taken at my house they asked for 75 dollars that would be deducted off the bill at the end. I agreed even though it said free estimates. Once the contract was agreed to they then send you an invoice for half of the total payment in my case it was a total of 2000 $ so they wanted to 1000$ to start the order. This is against the law for contractors may only request 10% of total bill to start the order . They are fraud and will be following up with law enforcement for filling a police report at to get my 75$ back to me . Please be aware of them! I had Horizon come out for an estimate and eventual installation of a new sliding door in our living room. When I called, I was told it would be two weeks before someone could come to assess for an estimate. The estimate process was fairly standard, Scott came out, provided documentation on the types of products they use and helped get installation scheduled after we decided to pull the trigger. Another team came for a final measurement a few weeks later. Things went downhill from there. We initially had a 4/24 installation date booked and on the morning of, AFTER the provided installation window had already started, I received a call that they would need to reschedule. Not only did they call after the beginning of the installation window, they only had availability a week and a half later to come out. I understand last minute issues can happen, but this was really unprofessional and it didn't really feel like anyone cared. Installation day finally did come and Forest called 30 minutes ahead of arrival as promised and showed up as planned. The installation took about six hours and on the surface things looked okay after the job was done but then after taking a closer look after the team left, there were a lot of problems with this installation. We ordered a non-standard door handle (an additional $200), which was not installed on the door and they did not bring it with them. The team also left a two inch gap in the floor between the floor boards and the door frame and didn't mention it before, during or after install. Lastly, I guess the team started and forgot to close the gap between the bottom of door frame and the foundation as it was half cemented but not finished, so there was a one inch open gap into my home left there. After looking even closer at the install, there were gaps and holes in the calking around the frame, so there was no way this was weatherproofed correctly. Lastly, the door and frame were not cleaned after install. There was sticker residue, dirt and chunks of wood in the door track and on the window and frame. A really sloppy and unacceptable job. I called the office to have someone come back out to address these issues and was told I would get a call back after the weekend (this was a Thursday). Again, no urgency to correct these issues. A positive to note is that when Tony was sent out to fix the noted issues, he did a great job and was very pleasant to work with (this was the second time Tony came out and did a great job). Tony fixed all the noted issues and left the site in a clean and completed state. Thank you Tony for taking care of everything! I cannot in good faith recommend this company after assessing the project from start to finish. read more

I hired Horizon to install 25 dual pane glass units that were provided by a Milgard Warranty in October-2021. They charged me $2,000 to install the glass which I thought was reasonable. They installed 24 of the glass and sid they would return to finish the last window due to not having the glass on the day of install. I paid the entire $2,000 trusting they would return and install the last piece of glass. They never returned and finished the job. I should have know better than to give them the entire amount but the installer seemed to be an honest person and would do what they promised. read more

They did a great job on the windows; however, I paid extra for additional services and was let down. I paid additionally for window sill, track, and shutter cleaning, and upon inspection, I found they were not entirely clean. Water spots were still found on a bathroom shutter, most tracks we're not cleaned at all, and a dirt was left in the corners of the sills. I vacuumed it right up, but I paid for them to do it. So if you want squeaky clean windows, they do great. I would not pay for additional costly services. read more
