Went to their soft opening. Restore located right next to Zuppas. Beautiful inside, clean, bright. Staff is exceptional & friendly. My husband had a session of Cryogenic Full Body Bath. You go into this stand up pod and it fills up with cold air. This cryogenic bath helps with inflammation and helps your skin to produce more collagen. My session was a PBM (aka Red Light Therapy). You stand in between two slabs of red lights. Completely safe to look at. Warms up a light. Helps with insomnia, sex drive, mental clarity. I was in there for 12 minutes...you get a bit warm, not sweaty like if you say in a dry sauna. My daughter, husband and I did the Stretch!! OMG...it was amazing. Before doing the stretch with Jeff, I was having lower back pain. After 15 minutes with Jeff - my lower back pain gone. Felt absolutely terrific. Normally when my back is hurting I head to my chiropractor but after stretch at Restore with Jeff - I may not be going back to chiropractor. And the stretch is affordable $39 for 30 minutes...can't beat that price. Welcome to the world of Bio-Hacking! Restore Meridian is a new business that offers a well rounded take into the realm of Bio-Hacking and self-care. They offer multipe different services and packages for a wide variety of options. I went in and had to try the full body Cryo which reaches tempatures of -240 degrees. It was definetly a life experience to try something new. I was very pleased with how well my body reacted to the cold healing and had to sign up for a package membership. shortly after this I fell and hurt my knee and was pretty banged up. Restore offers cryo healing that is isolated so I went in and took advantage of the isolated cryo. My knee pain which probably would have lasted a good few weeks felt great and within a day or two the pain was mostly gone. I wont say its a miracle cure, but for the first time some time in a long time I noticed a difference. Since then I have done the stretch, the IV Drip (twice) and the compression pants. They also offer the Infrared sauna, Red light therapy, and have a esthetician. I would defiently recommend people stopping by and checking out the facitly. It's very clean and well run. Everyone is so great, and I love that they focus on preventative health, but have lots of great way to help you heal after work-outs or surgeries or just exhaustion. I really wanted to like this place. My 1st few experiences were great. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed these last few weeks. I made an appt for a IM Vitamin D which has to be scheduled every 8 wks. The front desk scheduled me too soon and I took my work lunch to get my injection to find out I couldn't get it. I rescheduled for the following week. When I showed up again during my work lunch Restore was out of IM Vitamin D and failed to call me, so I wasted gas and time 2x. Today, I gave Restore another chance with a different service and shared my last 2 poor experiences with the manager. All I heard was excuses and not much of an apology. Nothing was offered to bring me back or tell 10 friends. If this is how Restore treats their regular customers then why would I want to be member to this? read more

I called ahead of time and they were able to get me in, same day which was nice! I left work in Caldwell and drove alllllll the way there to get an IV drip before I had to go back to work. I get there and get all checked in while literally 10 employees just stand around doing nothing. They take my vitals and my blood pressure was perfect but my heart rate was at 100. The chick helping me immediately said they probably can't help me because my heart rate is too high and they don't treat sick people.. mind you, I'm not sick. So I watch my heart rate for a few minutes and it drops to 90, 92 and she comes back and said "Yeah it's still kinda high so probably not" and I told her "I feel fine and 90 is not even that high" and she takes my temp which is always and was, 99 and said "Yeah you have a temperature, too" first of all, everyone has a temperature and a fever is 100.4 and I told her that and she told me the nurse practitioner is giving her a hard time about it and they wouldn't be able to treat me. It was too late for me to go anywhere else so she just totally screwed up my day. read more

this is the highlight of my week honestly! right as i walked in, i felt so welcome by the staff. they showed me around and went into everything with such great detail about the benefits for your body. i'm about to have my first cryotherapy session and i'm very excited! while i waited, they let me relax in a super nice massage chair. i was then offered a water and gladly said yes. i feel like royalty it's amazing. with my $19 cyro session, i also get a free service!! this place is so awesome and they have trained nurses that do the ivs. did i mention the staff were super sweet?! anyways, great place to have a recovery day as a gymnast training for over 10 hours a week. go get some treatments :) read more

The services are still great, but they've had a ton of turnover and a new manager. Policies have changed, and no verbal or other communication was given. We needed to cancel our membership and in the past had 30 days from our last payment to use our credits. They changed it to 30 days from when you give notice, even though you have to make an additional payment that falls within the 30 days. My husband and I had several credits to use and booked services. When we went to check out last night we were total that our credits had expired and we had to pay- not cool. Not only did we lose what we'd paid for, but had to pay additional on top of that. Read all the fine print! read more

Love Restore! I come here aften after leg day and use the compression leg sleeve. These help my legs recover fast enough where i can do a HIIT run training the next day. Staff are super friendly, and Jordan is does great work stretching me out when my hips and neck are tight. Can't forget the cyrotherapy. Super helpful with recover. read more
