You go into this stand up pod and it fills up with cold air. This cryogenic bath helps with inflammation and helps your skin to produce more collagen. My session was a PBM (aka Red Light Therapy). You stand in between two slabs of red lights. Completely safe to look at. Warms up a light. Helps with insomnia, sex drive, mental clarity. I was in there for 12 minutes...you get a bit warm, not sweaty like if you say in a dry sauna. My daughter, husband and I did the Stretch!! OMG...it was amazing.
