I used this company four or five years ago for migraine infusions at home. They were lovely to work with. My migraines have been out of control lately so two weeks ago I made a couple urgent mobile health appointments. 1: I just got a call today, the day before my appointment, that they don't do migraine infusions at home. Even though it clearly states they do it on their website. I made the appointment two weeks ago. I even called them last week to let them know I have two insurances and gave them that information. So the fact that they waited until the day before to cancel my appointments is so frustrating on multiple levels. 2: They need to stop calling themselves 'urgent' medicine. They are not urgent. Their appointments are at least a week out if not 1.5-2 weeks out. I'm really upset by this experience. Especially when I was counting on those migraine infusions which I need in between my infusions I get at the hospital. Horrible business ethics. read more

I scheduled a visit for my severely disabled autistic son to have vital signs taken because these are necessary for documentation of care to get him speech and occupational therapy. They agreed to come out and scheduled me, but the following day called me back stating that they Brad Bigford "doesn't do" vital signs visits. The person I spoke to was rude, unprofessional and kept demanding that I take my son to his doctor, which is impossible due to his disability and behavioral issues. This person should be absolutely ashamed of their ignorant, unprofessional attitude and lack of knowledge concerning autism and those who suffer from it. Will most definitely use their services again for my next draw. I used their services because I am immune compromised and did not wish to enter a brick and mortar lab. Exactly what I needed! I scheduled an appointment online. I am computer challenged, but it was super easy. The nurse practitioner, Jessica, showed up on time at my door. She was very nice and friendly. She checked me over and sent my prescription to the pharmacy. This has to be one of the best medical visits I have ever had. I hate going to a "doc in the box." I always have to wait, even if I have an appointment. Those places just seem so cold and unfriendly. Why would anyone want to go to an urgent care facility when it can come to you? I came down with something nasty a few days ago and decided I needed to be seen but I didn't have the energy to get myself to a dr and the thought of waiting in a waiting room was daunting. They were running ahead of schedule and texted us to come early which was unexpected but great! Wonderful experience and much better alternative to your standard Dr. Office. Why drive to sit in a waiting room when they come to you and you sit on your couch! I recently moved here and couldn't find a primary care Dr. to fit me in for my high blood pressure. I scheduled online for same day appointment. Dr. was her on time and took the time needed. I was not rushed and felt like I had great care. He took all the precautions of sanitation and wore N95 mask so I felt very comfortable. Highly recommended! read more

Brad made a home visit for an urgent health issue and I couldn't be more happy with the service. I am new to the Treasure Valley area and have not yet established my health care out here. There's no comparison to receiving health care services in the comfort of your home without waiting hours in a waiting room or risking exposure to others' illnesses - especially with it being flu season right now. My grandson became ill with what he thought was strep. Called Brad with Table Rock and he was here in an hour. Tested him for both strep and flu. Positive for strep. RX called in. As a bonus I was able to get a flu shot. Brad is very professional and has a comforting bedside manner. This is the fourth time I have used Table Rock for medical treatment and am very grateful for the service. I was skeptical at first because it took a few hours to get an appointment time nailed down. But once the appointment was set (same-day) Jen was there within the hour. Where do I start? Let's see...8am on a Sunday morning my son had a high fever. I've used Table rock mobile medicine before and was pleased so I got on Facebook and at 930am Brad was at my door on time. He came in and gave my son an exam in the comfort of my living room surrounded by toys and a comfortable environment for my son. He took the time to discuss what was occurring and our best treatment options. He was unrushed, professional and genuinely interested in my son's health. I opted to pay cash for the discount knowing that if I need to submit the bill to insurance in the future (if I meet my deductible) I could get a copy. It was great. I didn't have to drag my sick son to a doc in the box AND the visit was less than half a normal doctor visit. How can you beat that? Well when was the last time your child's doctor called or texted to see how the kid was feeling a couple days later? Yep, he does that too. We've used TRMM multiple times and have always been pleased. Any of my friends that have used the service have been equally as pleased. I can't believe anyone would use a traditional doc in the box.
