I had last minute revisions I could not fix until Saturday at midnight when all the print shops were closed. I was so relieved when I found Office Depot was open. When I did not understand the self-printing process, the two employees there were very quick to respond. The one employee who came over to help me was extremely helpful. I think she saw that I was trying to hide my stress, and she moved very quickly for me. She was to the point, concise, friendly, and very clear. I felt very relieved. When I did not understand some of the steps, she came over with kindness and patience and found a solution within seconds. There was no impatience or judgement. Please give kudos to the two people were working Sunday morning of May 10th. I was seriously in and out in only 10 mins and so grateful for their help.

I naively thought that he should know what he was doing and a week after that the screen started coming off. When I opened the laptop I saw a hardware store hinge, very badly installed. I took it back and pointed out the shoddy work and he said sorry, your warranty is expired (although he had it for almost the entire warranty period). Then he told me he would charge me ANOTHER 500 DOLLARS to fix the botched repair job he had done. I went through the roof, telling him you wrecked my son's laptop for 500 bucks and now you want another 500 to wreck it again? He had no answer, not surprisingly. I will never go back to that incompetent thief. I went the Travis AFB exchange and bought my son a new laptop. Problem solved.

In mid November of 2025, I took my laptop in for repair because it wouldn't boot up and I needed it…read morefor my upcoming finals. It took about less than a week to get it back, but they said it had a faulty NVME so I needed to pay nearly $300 for a replacement. They also verbally said Windows couldn't load but the paper they gave back clearly stated it did boot. But by the time I took it home, I tested it out myself. I inserted the "so called faulty NVME" and my laptop DID boot up. I thought I still had a battery issue because it would only boot up while it was charging. I then saw they disconnected the thin wire to the battery which directed current from the power supply. They never plugged it back in. After finding that out, I did my own diagnostics and couldn't see any issues with my NVME. I used the Windows Powershell terminal to check on the NVME's health and there were no issues what so ever. I went back to ask what exactly the issue was and what actually got my laptop to turn on, because clearly it wasn't the NVME. The man got mad and wanted me to take down any review with the return of the $100, but I refused. I will never know what they did to get my laptop to turn on again, but I do know they scammed me into believing my OS couldn't boot and I needed their NVME replacement for $300... Usually NVMEs fail early on when getting a new laptop (infant mortality rate of 3-6 months) and I've had this laptop for many years now. NVMEs don't even have anything to do with the battery so this tipped me off. They used simple NVME health tools which I replicated (they mentioned CrystalDiskInfo) and saw NOTHING wrong. They either don't know what they're doing/talking about or they're intentionally scamming. Get your laptop issues fixed else where and save your money. They are not transparent and will create issues rather than fix it. Glad they turned on my laptop at least. That's all I needed. Do your own research as well and understand what EXACTLY they're telling you.

I was upsold for an upgraded computer model, a credit card, and membership without real explanations other than I was getting a deal. The manager Raymond called me within a day without hesitation when I sent in my follow-up feedback response. He assured me this is not the type of business he runs and nor appropriate behavior of his associates. He went above and beyond and proved that this location strives for the highest integrity. They truly value the customers that take the time to shop in person in a world of online sales. He had Angel assist me in correcting the sales reps misstep, who wasn't even this locations employee but a fill in a from another store and just assisting for a day. Angel was also top notch. I will continue to refer people to this location as well as Best Buy based on how this situation was rectified leaving me feeling good as I walked away this time as I have in all previous interactions before this.
