Left it with them and was told that technician will call back in a couple days, a week after I was the one making the call. Someone tells me that the technician said that the mancraft system was broken, but they tell me to call back later. Call back later, talk to technician and technician informs that it's not broken but that it has the wrong spring... we both agree that a spring is not a big deal and it could be changed, he says he will call back and tell me the additional price for the spring. Never calls back I call back a week later. Someone informs me that the technician said he can't repair it since the mancraft was shipped from Poland and something else but the technician left a note that they barely understand. They tell me to wait for his call. No one calls back so I call back one week later. They tell me technician has quit and to come and pick up my gun. THE STORY GETS BETTER. Take the hour drive to pick up my gun and rifle is all greasy and dirty, gun totally disassembled, the original mancraft spring is missing, the mancraft piston head is missing, one of the rings broken, and mancraft hose all scratched and probably torn, with the mancraft was another spring that has evidence of being cut. When I ask what had happened I was given the best answer I have received in all my life: The technician quit on us and went to work with the people from groundzero see if you can talk to him. He fucked us up and there is nothing we can do.

Trying to tell me what I sold them and how much its worth when he doesn't know what was brought in. As far as I'm concerned your staff is dumb as a box of rocks and so are you. You probably still owe me about 300$. Hopefully you go out of business because that'll teach you to take advantage of people.

Safety is a primary concern, and there is at least one referee for every match, and there is often two. Referees have the final say, and they maintain control the moment people step into the hot zones. Paint prices are VERY reasonable. In fact, it's the cheapest I've seen in New England. And the best part: Air is free. There are no CO2 charging stations, which is just as well; air is low-cost and so much easier to pressurize than buying CO2 tanks to fill canisters. The ONLY downside to MP is they are not open during the week. The weekends are FILLED with paint splatter!!!

I had never played paintball before I went here so I'm not qualified to compare Roadrunner to other…read moreranges but I can say that my group had a great time. Steve maintains an easy-going atmosphere and set up a whole series of different games for us that kept things very fun and fresh. It was great for beginners but he also told us about various places he's played (including 24 hour long games with thousands of people) that made me think he would do a good job hosting experienced players too. The equipment we rented from him worked well. The area for play is a wooded area with plenty of interesting cover and terrain. He explained and observed safety procedures throughout our session and I always felt safe. We didn't play Lasertag but he's also available for Lasertag parties, which is great for kids and he can do it at your house. One thing to know before you go is that although Steve operates under the auspices of the Overlook Golf and Recreation Center, you don't actually meet him at the place where you play mini golf or drive the go carts. The paintball area is on the other side of the property, and you drive in a different way to get there. It's not hard to find, but just discuss it with him in advance so you know where to go.

Came out here for a work function. Was on the fence since it's paintball! lol…read more But it was such a great time. Andrew helped us check in and set up our games, we were able to have our own field and our own referee. Which was amazing. It gets really crowded and some people are professionals so I'd advise making a reservation if you have a big group. Patrick was our ref and today was his birthday and he offered us some of his birthday donuts. Happy birthday Patrick. He was a great ref and when we come back we will request him again. Super friendly and patient. Will definitely be back. It's several courses and I didn't have my phone so I couldn't take pics, but the boards are huge and plenty stations for cover and concealment. Sent 2 tanks for rehydro through their prepaid package kits, paid over $100 after tax. Emailed them…read moreto ask about their turn around time, I was told by nick it takes 1 week. They received my bottles on the 16th of August, and didn't ship them out until the 30th that's 2 full weeks. Also, the box they send you to ship your tanks was too short for a 77 ci tank. It's really sized for a 68. So I had to remove my reg which is fine but they prefer you leave it on. After they were finished, they tried to bill me again through PayPal but I told them I already paid. Don't know why they wouldn't know that. After I got my tanks back, one of them with the reg was one incredibly tight. So tight I broke my fill nipple and pressure gauge in the process of removing it, I had to use a strap wrench and a vise with soft jaws to finally break loose the reg. Come to find out they use red loctite on the threads. Most, if not all manufacturers do not use thread locker. You have to be able to remove your reg when you travel via airplane. So now I have to fix my tank reg and order new parts for it. Will never consider doing business with this shop again. Horrible experience.

More of a cover by the picnic table (because the sun gets SO hot). But overall? A great experience. The "regulars" were in their zone, kids were in theirs. Bottom line? Everyone in the place seems focused on one goal: good "clean" fun. We'll totally be back!

We visited twice in one weekend for two different birthday parties. Kids had fun and that is really…read morewhat matters. This place is hidden in the woods. The whole area is on a slope that seems a bit dangerous. The parking lot is unpaved and fairly eroded. Pulling out of the lot is difficult given the untrimmed foliage blocking the view of the main road. The site is a hike up a hill and is set mostly on the slope. The facility seems to need some TLC. Exposed rusted nails on the picnic bench could be a trip to the ER and a tetanus shot! If the area outside the paintball area has these safety issues, what about where it matters?
