Just wanted to add my voice to those who were so pleased with the folks at Conifer Gutter. We had an ongoing problem with the existing gutters, especially during the winter on the northeast corner of the house. Ice dams would build up and be a hazard all through the season. The lady who came out to make the estimate came up with several "out-of-the-box" solutions, including eliminating the problem drainpipe and enlarging other downspouts to handle the extra flow. After the first few snow/melt cycles we found a problem with leakage around the screws that were holding the sections together, but they came back and fixed every one of those leaks. We are now well into the second season with the new gutters and couldn't be happier, especially regarding drainage patterns. You know, sometimes us folks up in the hills have trouble getting tradespeople even to come out and take a look. These people did a doggone good job, and I'm glad I called them. read more

I did not like the cosmetic manner the guttters seamed together, but these guys stuck around and made a couple of metal pieces that made the job look great. Great experience with Conifer gutter. Very thorough evaluation with an explanation that made sense to someone who knew nothing about gutters. I was not oversold anything at all and I actually questioned if I might need additional products. Tyler reccomended that I start with the most basic and cheapest option (win) and that they can always come back and add additional things if we have trouble with the ice in the winter. I am so pleased with Conifer Gutter! I was having problems with ice dams on my roof and gutters that were also getting clogged with leaves. Conifer Gutter came out and did a thorough inspection and came back with a detailed plan that included gutter guards, heating cable, and an improved downspout. Their customer service was excellent throughout this process. They made sure I completely understood what they were proposing and listened carefully to my questions. I was surprised to learn about and see for myself the quality difference in the heating cable they used compared to what I have seen at Home Depot. They also installed a sensor so that the cables come on only when the temperature is cold enough and also wet with snow. I am so pleased with the outcome! We have had problems with ice damming in our gutters in the past and found that the company that installed was not willing to correct that issue nor stand behind their work and product used. Thus we didn't have high hopes for any future work, but we contacted Tyler with Conifer Gutter Service and asked him for gutters on our garage. I was looking to have a couple sections of undersized gutters/downspouts replaced on a house we recently moved into. Rain water would just fly off of two lower roof sections and never even make the gutter or downspout. I found many positive reviews on our local Nextdoor page for Conifer Gutter Service and gave them a call. Theresa, their office manager answered the phone and we set up an appointment for Tyler to come out and give me an estimate. Tyler showed up on time and provided a bid for what I wanted done and also suggested a couple other small changes that would take advantage of some rooftop water disbursement by changing the direction of a couple elbows on higher downspouts. He even offered to cut down some white PVC pipe the downspouts ran into so not as much of it was above ground. A very nice attention to detail type of thing. The crew came out about a month later. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. Everyone is good at what they do and you can tell they actually care. That is a hard thing to come by these days. I would give zero stars if I could. Had the company out last fall (2017) and they stated they could install new gutters no later than the end of October. After calling every month for the last four months and being told that "we just can't get the product from our vendor" I finally called another company. They came out the following Friday to give me a bid and did the install the next Wednesday with a perfect color match. I asked how they were able to get the right material so quickly and they said it is a commonly available color and should not have been an issue. Not sure if Connifer Gutter just didn't want to do a smaller job. In any case I would recommend people seek multiple bids. read more

We had Conifer Gutters replace our gutters. We'd been having issues with water dripping off the roof right above the north-facing front porch, where it was freezing and making our porch and sidewalk hazardous. In addition, when it rained, water from another part of the upper roof was splashing right over the lower roof and into the flowerbed, crushing some of the plantings, instead of going through the lower gutter to a downspout. They fixed all of this, and as well alerted us to some rotten soffit/fascia material on the west side of the house -- brought me outside to look at it -- and fixed it for a very fair price. On top of that, they nailed down some flashing under a couple of windows over the garage, and when all done they used their leaf blower to clean up after they "finger-vac'd" (i.e., picked up larger items by hand). I would definitely recommend Conifer Gutter Service -- in fact, I already have at least twice since they finished last week. read more

From my initial contact with Teresa to the time work was complete, I cannot say enough GREAT things about my experience with Conifer Gutter Service. Teresa was extremely friendly and professional, and was always responsive to any questions and needs that I had. Dustin came to my home and provided an estimate for the ECO gutter guards, new gutters and downspouts that he recommended. Never once did I feel that Dustin was trying to "oversell" me, and he even told me that many of my existing gutters were still in good shape, and didn't need to be replaced. Dustin was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
