    Daily specials.

I have been hearing great things about the food here, and finally got a chance to grab dinner. Let me just say that I'm giving it 5 stars because it beyond meets the expectations for what the place is. It's a local bar, it's not Ruth's Chris. The food was out of this world good. Hands down the best wings in the Fallston/Perry Hall/Bel Air corridor. Cooked and seasoned to perfection. We tried the tacos because it was Tuesday they were $1 each. Really good. Lastly we had a cheeseburger. Fresh, not frozen meat, and cooked to temperature. Really, really good! I will definitely be frequenting this place more often. I attached a picture of the daily specials. We were in and out with all that food, two beers each and a tip for $40. Pretty amazing.

Local dive bar with a typical bar grub and drinks. Food is good for the price! Definitely more of a native hang than a fancy dining experience, but if your are looking for a simple place to kick back for a few beers this is the place! Staff were attentive to all guests as they regularly checked on how we were doing and if we needed anything else. Ordered 10 wings - 1/2 Thai Sweet Chile, 1/2 Teriyaki. When I ordered the server asked if I wanted them extra crispy, I hesitantly responded yes. She then raved about how great the wings are this way. Alas, I committed to the crisp. Thank god I did because wowza!! These wings knocked my socks off! Quick service, cheap prices, and laid back atmosphere makes this bar an easy hang. And that's the truth!

But Here's where it just got interesting Vodka chicken Parmesan.. sounds simple right I Cannot Express the TBO J and I both had with our first bite.. When I tell you that the Pasta, I mean the noodles y'all, the pasta was the best pasta we've ever had...amazing and then the chicken Parm was juicy, crisp on the outside, baked cheesy on top... just probably the best chicken Parm we've ever had.. put two of them together and I just can't even finish thi..... Okay just kidding, I've got to finish to tell you about the amazing people behind the incredible food.. We told Patrina that we weren't from around here and it was our first time at Lib's.. She was the best first impression you could have had... told us the history of the Lib family how they are the Perry Hall staple of the area. Vic was our server and he was wonderful, answering questions and very knowledgeable. Michelle was the mgr on the evening we were there and came out when we wanted to rave over the meal... when she found out we were new to the area, she came back to the table with her top picks for dining in the area. Really... wow! The deck was enclosed but was an open space that made you feel like you were outside without the draft. I could go on and on, but really, stop reading and navigate here Right now What makes you think I'm kidding Put down that mediocre food This is way better than what your stuffing your face with Y'all

The Chicken Parmesan sandwich I had last night was on point and my girlfriend had a very good chicken quesadilla as well. Prices are pretty reasonable. My only beef is with the service. The bar is a little "cliquey" from several observations. The regulars seem to get waited on immediately and a newcomer gets a "I'll be right with you". No placemats, no silverware, no napkins seems to be the norm. Had to ask for ketchup when my fries came out after getting chips by mistake. We will most likely go back though, especially since The Bird River Inn changed their whole menu and did away with most of our favorite menu items. Everything is smoked now and very salty. If you're looking for ambience, you may want to try somewhere else. The Dugout is a hole in the wall dive bar and has been for decades...just the way the regulars like it!

They have one pool table where APA league members usually play, a shuffle board, and a number of TVs for sports games (although they are not HD). I could tell this was a local go-to for many of the customers at this bar especially since they all seemed to know each other. Our bartender was very friendly with helping us decide what to order. We got the Belly Buster Fried Fish sub ($8.99), with a side of fries (an extra $2) and Italian Cold Cut ($9.50), with a side of chips (free), along with a Loose Cannon ($5.00) & Grapefruit Crush ($6.00). The subs were pretty good. The fried cod (I believe it was) was nice and crispy and the tartar sauce paired perfectly to cut the richness of the grease. The portion was definitely money's worth. The cold cuts in my sub were fresh. There was enough acid to not make the bread soggy. The grapefruit crush was very icy. I noticed the bartender made it by blending a grapefruit fruit cup with ice and some grapefruit-vodka. When I was done with my first drink, she poured the rest of the mixture from the blender into my glass, which I thought was very nice. All in all, dugout tavern is a hidden gem that has great food and service. There is also parking on site and outdoor seating.

They were flavorful, heavy and the mediums were a really nice size. Bigger than I expected. Our server Meghan was also amazing. My party grew from 6 to 8 and she took care of us very well. The restaurant is spacious, spotless, and has a welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for families, date nights, or large groups. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, and our server, Talia, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the meal. Now... let's talk about the food. We started with the hush puppies, which came out hot, fresh, and had the perfect hint of sweetness. They were a great way to kick off the meal. The fried green tomatoes almost stole the show. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and topped with sweet, tender jumbo lump crab meat....they were absolutely phenomenal and a must-order. The Conrad Soup was another standout. Rich, creamy, hearty, and packed with flavor. It tasted homemade in the best way possible. I also have to give a shoutout to the personal pitcher of sweet tea. As someone who appreciates good sweet tea, it's surprisingly hard to find one that's actually done right. Conrad's nailed it. But the undeniable star of the meal was the steamed blue crabs. I called ahead to reserve 12 large male crabs, which I highly recommend doing if you're planning a visit. Every single crab was perfectly steamed, generously seasoned, and absolutely loaded with sweet, tender meat. They were some of the best steamed crabs I've had in a long time. We purposely came early for lunch so we could take our time, and I'm so glad we did because this was an experience worth savoring. Conrad's exceeded every expectation I had. Between the outstanding service, incredible food, and relaxed atmosphere, I already know I'll be making the drive back. If you're a Maryland crab lover, this place deserves a spot at the top of your list. 10/10!! I'll definitely be back!
