Went to lunch on a Sunday with our 9 month old. Brittney was our server and was super attentive and friendly!

Conrad's Seafood Restaurant absolutely lived up to the hype! From the moment we walked in, I knew we were in for a great experience. The restaurant is spacious, spotless, and has a welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for families, date nights, or large groups. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, and our server, Talia, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the meal. Now... let's talk about the food. We started with the hush puppies, which came out hot, fresh, and had the perfect hint of sweetness. They were a great way to kick off the meal. The fried green tomatoes almost stole the show. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and topped with sweet, tender jumbo lump crab meat....they were absolutely phenomenal and a must-order. The Conrad Soup was another standout. Rich, creamy, hearty, and packed with flavor. It tasted homemade in the best way possible. I also have to give a shoutout to the personal pitcher of sweet tea. As someone who appreciates good sweet tea, it's surprisingly hard to find one that's actually done right. Conrad's nailed it. But the undeniable star of the meal was the steamed blue crabs. I called ahead to reserve 12 large male crabs, which I highly recommend doing if you're planning a visit. Every single crab was perfectly steamed, generously seasoned, and absolutely loaded with sweet, tender meat. They were some of the best steamed crabs I've had in a long time. We purposely came early for lunch so we could take our time, and I'm so glad we did because this was an experience worth savoring. Conrad's exceeded every expectation I had. Between the outstanding service, incredible food, and relaxed atmosphere, I already know I'll be making the drive back. It's a hit or miss with this place. Waitress was very kind. Ambiance was nice. We got outdoor seating. In advance, we had made a reservation but they sat us late because something went wrong? Appetizers came out but we didn't receive little plates to serve everyone so it was a tad awkward reaching across for bites. A staff member was continuously rude when bringing our food. Perhaps he was having a rough day? Seafood lasagna 3/10: Don't order this. No flavor to it. Pretty much a mess. Crab pretzel 9/10: YUM! Came out hot. Soft pretzel. It was a dream come true. Sea cup oysters 7/10: Decent. Refreshing. Chesapeake Pot 9/10: We made the mistake of thinking this could serve two people. Conrad's did not advertise this btw. So it genuinely was our mistake. Probably best for just one person. Delicious sauce!!! Wish it came with more bread. Dish came without a claw crusher but our waitress brought us one! It's a messier dish than expected so be ready for your hands to get dirty. Would order again! read more

I will start with the good. We ordered the stuffed shrimp and fried shrimp plates. Food tasted really good. My only complaint is that my fries were not hot. The server seemed really overwhelmed. Forehead glistened, seemed rushed in every engagement with our table, didn't bring water until we asked. My guess is that she had too many tables. It took 10 minutes after we were seated for her to take our dinner order. I had to wait another 10 minutes for her to bring out the one beer.that we ordered. The food came out within reason which was a relief. Customers should be aware that this place is really loud. This isn't a complaint. It's purely a warning to those who may be looking for a quaint dinner experience. There is loud music in the background, other customers are banging tables/crabs with mallets, and the space is crowded with people trying to talk over the background noise. read more

Perry Hall staple. Their parking really is paradise since moving to the new venue - no issues whatsoever finding parking (lots of space out back). Fish tacos and onion rings are delicious. Crab cakes, not bad; prefer other local spots, but Conrad's is definitely still a winner. First time Conrad's visitor here and I've already tried to get 3 other people to go! Service was phenomenal, food was absolutely delicious! ...every bite. I wish I'd discovered it sooner. It was supposed to be a quick celebratory drink and fresh crabs with my friend and her dad however, they were out of crabs and the scheduled delivery never showed up while we were there. We ended up ordering appetizers and entrées, and I do not regret it. They allowed us to sit while we waited for the delivery time but once it had passed, we could tell they wanted their table freed. It was not an unpleasant experience at all, but I did realize once I was home that we were charged twice for my entrée. We hadn't noticed because her dad paid the majority of the bill and we just split the rest and gave the whole thing back to the server. Reasonable prices for what you receive and the quality of it. It wasn't enough to turn me away because the food was far greater than that minor mishap. I did order two drinks from the bar and the second one was absolutely disgusting, so some inconsistency there somehow. It was a typical restaurant atmosphere; full bar in the center, spacious dining areas, TVs around... We didn't have any kids with us, but I'm sure you can bring yours if you'd like. I will return and hopefully the food is equally as delicious. And please eat the popcorn in the bucket! ...even that was delicious lol read more

I love this place! Conrad's has the most reasonably priced seafood dining with consistent quality across their establishments in Maryland. I got the Cajun pot which was delicious! We drove 2 hours and it was worth every minute. Our waitress was Liz and she was nothing short of amazing. The staff is very welcoming! Haley was amazing as our server. I don't know how she keep us all in oder, there were 8 of us. This was our 1st time coming and we drove from DC based on previous reviews. This is possibly the best crab place we've been too. The crabs were . We loved them so much, we actually had them shipped (yes they ship all over the country) to SC for a 4th of July trip and everyone could not stop talking about how amazing the crabs were. We are definitely taking that ride again in a few weeks to get them again. Whomever the leadership team is, yall have a winner and keep doing what you're doing. I've dined at Conrad's Seafood many times and have always had great experiences, which is why this visit stood out. Amy G was amazing--friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, the food didn't match the service. My dish was extremely salty. I have hypertension and manage it carefully with medication, so this was a real concern for me. I even checked my blood pressure when I got home and it was elevated, which is not typical. I did send the dish back and asked for it to be prepared lighter on seasoning, but it was still too salty for me to finish. This is the only time I've had a poor experience, so I'm hoping it was just an off night or possibly a new cook. I do hope the owners take a moment to review what happened in the kitchen on April 2 around 6 PM so it can be addressed moving forward. I come here frequently for crabs. They are always great! Very well seasoned and excellent value for the money. Service is always really good too. We had MARIA tonight and she was great. Attentive and friendly. She checked on us often without being intrusive. I would say my visit was 4.5 stars. The only thing I had a slight issue with was my Caesar salad. I always get this as an appetizer before the crabs. Usually it's excellent... tonight the lettuce was slightly softer indicating it had probably been dressed a while ago. I didn't care for that. I didn't mention it while I was there and ended up eating about a third. Next time I will order dressing on the side and hope that solves the issue. This was my first visit to Conrad's but it won't be my last. I will take the 2 hour drive a couple times a year moving forward. The crabs were amazing. They were flavorful, heavy and the mediums were a really nice size. Bigger than I expected. Our server Meghan was also amazing. My party grew from 6 to 8 and she took care of us very well. Our server, Elijah, was great! The crab pretzel and the fish and chips were okay overall. However, the Limoncello margarita tasted watered down quite a bit and didn't have any flavor at all. I was very disappointed with it. We ordered the caramel pretzel bread pudding for dessert which was good except for the hard pretzel bites that were on the top. I loved dining here. I went for a birthday dinner for my grandmother. I arrived super early and first sat at the bar. At the bar I had a cocktail, oyster Rockefeller and I also had some steamed mussels. All delicious. For my dinner I did the seafood meatball sub. I cannot wait to go back and have another. The customer service was amazing we had a group of about 15 with no reservations and they took no time getting us all set up. Inside gave the vibes of almost a sports bar in the bar area but the dining rooms made you feel like you were at a very nice restaurant. My dad wanted to have crabs since we were in Maryland and one of our cousins had suggested this spot. We got a bunch of crabs (bigger seem better but I am a fresh crab novice comparatively, unlike my cousin's dad who worked at a crab shack and can peel them in like 5 minutes flat) , tried their crab cakes, Maryland crab soup, and I think my cousin did one of their seafood boils. We liked it - I probably didn't need the Maryland crab soup since we already had so much crab and I think they had a crab cheese dip that was more cheese than anything else (a skip), but it was a nice meal. I'm not an expert on Maryland crabs so maybe there's somewhere better but I did enjoy them even though the peeling is definitely time consuming. read more

Visiting from out of town we had so many locals tell us to try Conrad's and it didn't disappoint. We ordered oysters, crabs and a whole bunch of other items like their crab cakes which were excellent. Cream of crab was a little salty but def had lump crab chunks which make the soup and salad combo a great deal. Lisa was our server and she was awesome. She Handled our large group well, was so attentive and friendly. It seems small on the outside but was actually quite spacious inside. Went with a group of 3 people - we ordered 1.5 dozen medium size crabs. The crabs were fun to eat, but the rub on it was too salty and the crabs were slightly overcooked. I did enjoy the side of butter with it and the crabs were meaty. Service was nice. The dozen medium crabs cost $75. They were out of small crabs when we were there for Saturday lunch. I also had the cream of crab soup which was delicious and had chunks of crab in it. It was just reallllly small for $10! I got it as part of the soup/salad $14 combo so maybe that is why it was smaller? Not sure. The caesar salad was pretty standard. Husband ordered rockfish tacos since he wasn't full with just the crabs, which were really good. The rockfish was fried. The coleslaw was good as well. Service was good. We came for the O's game specials, but Elijah made the experience! He was an outstanding server! Plus, the patio was the perfect place hang.

I came here a few months ago and unfortunately I was underwhelmed. We ordered a half of dozen of crabs, the mainsail, and steamed shrimp online. I want to start with the positives: Seamless online ordering Customer service Food was ready upon arrival And the old bay chips were delicious Room for improvements: Specify females or males when ordering online. Ensure the bag of steamed crabs are closed completely. When I arrived the bag was slightly open. Salmon was dry. This was our third time at Conrad's and we went for my wife's birthday (my wife, our two kids and myself). My wife made reservations at 7:15, we got there at 7:08. We had to wait until almost 7:40 before we got called to be seated. We weren't offered an inside seat and they took us out to the patio (which had 5 four tops open). We would have preferred to eat inside but since it already took so long to be seated, we settled on outside. The tv sound was so loud we couldn't hear each other, thankfully another couple came in a little after us and complained and had them turn it down. Our food took a long time to come out which we didn't complain about but our server did acknowledge it because she offered to give us a free dessert. I will say our server was really good and kept giving us updates. So in summary it was probably one of the worst birthday dinners we have ever went to. If your customers make a reservation, you should be able to accommodate them when they arrive on time and ask if they would like to be inside or outside. Went there for steamed crabs because we were told they had a dozen large males for $85.00. Got there and they were $110.00. We decided to get 6 extra large for $70. 4 of the 6 were light weights. Very disappointed. And we got charged 18% tip which came to $18! Really just to deliver crabs to the table. They used to be so good while they were in their old location. First time visiting since they moved down the road and overall great experience! I came for happy hour and had $6 wine. They do 95 cent jumbo shrimp which were very good and fresh. The oysters were delicious and the popcorn refills are the best. We did also get tuna and crab cake which were good. Crab cake was a bit salty but the cole slaw and fries were perfect. I was itching for crab cakes and wanted to try this spot. I placed an online order(very easy to do) and even though it was a bit of a wait the food was decent. I got the broiled and fried crab cakes(broiled over fried) both were a decent size and very meaty. Not the best crab cakes I've had so far but they are definitely top 10. read more
