My first visit there, property was probably once well kept up. This is no longer the case, rooms are dated and worn.

It was disgusting, and management usually doesnt even blink. Typically No apology, no replacement, no basic decency. Just indifference. They took the steak off the bill for once but I didnt even eat any of it it was so disgusting. The entire property is dirty, outdated, and depressing. I should've checked out the moment I checked in."…read more Let me save you some time--and some money. This place looks decent online, but in real life? Completely different story. The first thing that hit me wasn't the decor--it was the smell. The hallway had this strong, unpleasant odor, like something wasn't properly cleaned and they tried to cover it up with cheap fragrance. That's never a good sign. Then you look around... and it only gets worse. The floors were dirty and worn down, like they haven't seen real maintenance in a long time. The walls had this dull, lifeless color that made the whole place feel cold and neglected instead of welcoming. Now let's talk about something serious--safety. My door lock wasn't even right. That's not a minor inconvenience--that's a deal breaker. If I can't feel secure in my own room, nothing else matters. And the food? Honestly, it felt like an afterthought. I spent close to $50 and got: * Chili cheese fries with cheese that wasn't even melted * A buffalo pizza where the chicken was just tossed on top like nobody cared to actually cook it into the pizza No effort. No quality. Just disappointing. To top it all off, I ended up feeling sick afterward--which pretty much confirmed everything about this stay. This wasn't just a bad experience--it felt like a complete lack of care across the board. Do yourself a favor: keep scrolling and book somewhere else.

We were able to park in the front since parking lot was empty as well. The inside is sparse. There are way more machines than live action games. The place seems kind of sad honestly. No enjoyment here at all.

Anyway, if you come here for a concert, you should review this listing. If you come here for the casino or hotel, then you should review that listing just like they do at Horseshoe Casino. Horseshoe has their own concert listing too which is called Bluesville Showcase Nightclub. I came here for the Oak Ridge Boys concert. First of all, I thought the tickets were high. Others were getting theirs for free. But, I had to pay for mine. I was told different prices too. At one time, they told if I come back at a certain time, I might one free or discounted. I did and that didn't happen. Anyway, I enjoyed the concert. They put on a great concert. The seats were nice and comfortable and there was plenty of room unlike other concert venues I have been to. They also sell drinks in the concert area which is different from the casino itself which are mostly comped for tips. They don't have as many concerts in this venue like they do next door at Bluesville. But, they schedule some great entertainers here.

He instant instantly got our orders. I got a bacon cheeseburger with fries and my spouse ordered a cheeseburger as well. As we were waiting, I went to a nearby table that was empty to grab the salt, shaker and pepper shaker for my food, arriving the waitresses that were standing around watching us and did not accommodate us instantly walked over and told me I needed to put them back and try to give me paper salt and pepper packets I'm offended at the fact that nobody was willing to greet us nor accommodate us, but the minute that they saw me grab salt and pepper. I was instantly pointed it by one of the waitresses for my action I feel like that was very unprofessional to come to me to tell me I need to put the salt and pepper shakers back Attitude is absolutely horrible. Chris needs to make sure he trains the rest of the waitress staff here also because they do not have the exceptional customer service that he has displayed today. Definitely would only recommend sitting at the bar when Chris is here. Below is the white staff that were absolutely unprofessional and rude. Please retrain these ladies.
