I have had two tattoos done here so far. Both were done by Jeff. As a tattoo newbie, i was nervous the first time. But the atmosphere is very laid back, no pressure and they answered all my questions very easily. The employees are all very friendly. They work well with each other and are professional but fun at the same time. Some people came into the shop just to hang out which was cool. Jeff did an excellent job with both of my tattoos. I gave him some pictures that i liked for some inspiration and then i came back the next week for the tattoo. He came up with his own design which we talked about and made some minor adjustments. After he put the template on my arm, he went to work. Jeff is very hygienic, artistic and i could not ask for more. I have one tattoo that is now a year old which looks great. And i got my second tattoo two weeks ago. I will be going to this place for all my future tattoos. read more

I highly suggest this tattoo shop! I have been getting tattooed by Andy for years, he's done both of my sleeves and two very large tattoos on my legs! Communication is horrible and customer service needs improvement. Had some work scheduled and paid for a deposit. At no point was it explained to me that the deposit was non-refundable nor did I sign anything outlining this policy. After deciding to not get a tattoo they refused to refund the deposit after admitting that the policy was not communicated to me. Straight out refused and showed no sincere empathy for the situation or my frustration. Would not recommend this place at all. read more

Extremely satisfied with my recent experience at this tattoo shop. The level of sanitation, organization and cleanliness is on hospital level! Wonderful adaptation due to COVID-19. Also, a good balance of friendly and light-hearted work environment with professionalism. Not to mention my tattoo artist Andy was amazing, and the cover-up work he did was better than I could have ever expected! I will definitely be going back for future tattoo's, and highly recommend to anyone seeking quality tattoo work. Not impressed, walked in for a consult for an adjoining couple's tattoo of hearts on hands, unfortunately the "artists " couldn't guarantee the outcome, so we decided to pass on it. Following the consult we set up an appointment for a differt tattoo in the bikini area for my girlfriend for the end of February and left a deposit. On the drive home we both decided that we didn't feal confident or comfortable about the artists, so we called back and asked if the female artist could complete the artwork, we were told no, so we asked if we could cancel the appointment without losing our $100 deposit. Again we were told no, due to the set up time and prep work as well as the time spent for the consult. Keep in mind less than 15 minutes had passed since we left the shop. I asked if I could speak with the owner or her boss, the girl on the phone said it wouldn't matter because the stores policy is to not give refunds on deposits. Ridiculous! read more

Super impressed with the artist who inked my Adore Delano autograph. He 'got it' & gave a damn, & he was super meticulous, looking at photos & examining the lines like a super sleuth, because the marker bled badly. It looks gorgeous! This shop is one of my favorites by far! I've lived in Florida and all over western MA and I have gotten work done in many different places. Not only does beautiful work come out of here but the staff are all very friendly and know what they are doing. It's a friendly atmosphere and I feel extremely comfortable referring people here, no matter what kind of work they desire. From the day I decided to move from small tattoos into getting larger art work, Andy had come highly recommended. Not a good experience. My knuckle tattoo is crooked and beyond blown out. The worst case scenario blown out where it looks like I have a broken finger. Ink apparently ran under my knuckle and is now permanently grey/blue all over! I am currently getting this tattoo laser removed. read more
