Today, Dr. Simon examined my daughter, and I understand you need to get close to do an examination, but he had his legs spread and was so close to her on the chair that her knees were touching between his legs. He stayed like this even after the examination while he was talking to me, and this made me very uncomfortable. In hindsight, I wish I had asked him to move, but was just kind of waiting for him to and he never did until the very end of the appointment. The worst part, is that while he was in that position, he asked my daughter how she got sick. She explained that she thought she got it from her best friend, a girl in her class, and he said, "I know how you REALLY got it. From your boyfriend." And leaned in towards her face and made a bunch of kissing noises. I couldn't believe he would say this to a six-year-old girl. It was wildly inappropriate. Not to mention, he grabbed my hand while it was rested on my lap while explaining my daughter's treatment to me... Until now, this has been a truly wonderful practice. I've always been happy with the treatment my daughter has received, but this situation made me so uncomfortable that I'm switching to another provider immediately.

I went to a Lexington…read moreClinic Urgent Care Clinic and was pleasantly surprised to discover they offered a walking clinic specializing in orthopedic care. The clinic was a one stop shop for my injury. They had X-ray onsite. It took less than an hour for me to be seen by a nurse practitioner, X-rayed, and put into a cast. My follow up visits were equally as efficient. An orthopedic clinic was a brilliant concert and my medical treatment was excellent. Hope I never need them again but glad to know something like this is available if I do.

I just had an issue and had to change an appointment time for my 4 month olds 4 month appointment. The receptionist told me she couldn't get her in until October. I don't know how they would expect to just skip a 4 month appointment and vaccines. The receptionist seemed nonchalant about it. I understand he is booked but that seemed wild to me, and there is no cancellation list. I honestly asked if we needed to move somewhere else because I can't go to a ped that can't see my kids, and she responded "well that's up to you". So we will be scheduling and moving some place else. If they can't fit her In for vaccines I'm not sure what they would do if she was ill. So unfortunate because Dr. Warner is an excellent doctor and has been so helpful and understanding.
