The bread was somewhat dry (especially the crust), the chicken salad itself was also dry as well. It was not flavorful, either. My husband's club sandwich had too much mayonnaise on it, so he ended up donating some of his mayo to my dry sandwich cause. (I didn't try his sandwich, but since his was toasted, he didn't experience the same dry bread issues). The deli seating area and bathroom was clean, and the staff were friendly and the service was fast. I probably would give this another try someday if we needed to have lunch on the way up again, and I'd get something entirely different to compare.

It was uncomfortable watching her speak to employees that way and constantly boss them around. I would have walked out and left her to deal with everything alone if i was working for her today. It also seemed like the way she was running things slowed everything down. We waited over 10 minutes for our 3 coffees because staff didn't appear to be allowed to take orders or multitask efficiently. She was noticeably stressed under pressure. On top of that, she wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming to customers. I really enjoy the coffee here. The drinks are worth coming for, but the atmosphere and customer service today left a disappointing impression.
