When I stated I had a problem with the amount, I was told he could come back and put in a new toilet(since he couldn't figure out the problem) and they would take 30 minutes off the new bill and not charge for the wax ring since he had replaced it. Nick, the owner, usually answers the phone and is always pleasant and helpful. I was able to ask him a lot of questions to see if we can determine what the cause might be for not having enough hot water. We requested someone come over to see why we did not have enough hot water, CJ and Dalton came. Both these men were courteous, friendly, and knew their work! They found the problem and answered all our questions. They were honest. It was determined that a handyman we used to fix a leak four years ago must have accidentally switched the positions of the hot and cold water hoses behind our clothes washer. So, when I washed with what I thought was cold water, hot water was really coming out. Since the men were here,we also asked them to change our water valves to make it easier for us to turn off water in an emergency and they did that. We also showed them what we thought was a leak in the toilet of one of the bathrooms and they fix that too. Their attitude was great. They took care of everything for us The bill for the amount of time they were here, their supplies and valves was very reasonable. They installed our hot water heater two years ago and now they helped us with the plumbing behind our washer. We've been 100% pleased with their work each time.
