Bakar showed up on time to estimate the work. Between the estimate and when the work began we found another plumbing issue. On the day of the work Bakar arrived when he said he would. All the work described in the original estimate was done in one day. He even fixed the other problems that were not part of the original estimate, even though that meant a very long day at our house. His charges were reasonable and we are pleased with the quality of his workmanship and his good customer relations. I did not like the sump pump he was planning to install and rather arranged the zoller aquanot fit 508 propak with M53 sump pump which comes with backup sump pump, battery and WiFi kit. The price went up but he didn't raise the price to make his own profit. Lastly, sump pump controller had some issue. Company made him adjust the height of backup sump pump and finally sent a new backup sump pump and controller. O Brian came 3 times ( original installation and 2 times to take out backup sump pump and install it again) and didn't charge anything extra, didn't make any excuses to delay his visit.
