She is amazing with a pair of scissors and is not limited to any particular type of client or hair texture. I literally have seen any and everyone get in and out of her chair--and fast! I can not recall ever being in her chair for more than 90 minutes and that is with cut, die, deep condition AND style. She's not a "Chatty Cathy" but I love our conversations. She remembers everything about my hair, what I like and what has/has not worked in the past. She's great. PERIOD! On top of all that, the Urban Body Salon facility is great. Customer service is pretty flawless and they make sure you are always comfortable. It's always spotless and there time management system keeps it from ever being too crowded. Application was physically uncomfortable - and I had to lean over to one side sitting with my feet in the water and arm across my chest to get a gel manicure while getting a regular polish pedicure. The manicure ended up a mess with large dents and bumps on several nails. The next visit I received a gel removal and the manicurist left the acetone soaked foil wraps for 30 minutes while she did another manicure. I had to repeatedly ask to have my nails unwrapped and mentioned it felt like it was burning my skin. Finally the manicurist roughly tended to my gel removal but having it left for 3X the normal soak my nails were all broken.
