I tried another drumstick to find it inedible. This was strike one. Just yesterday (one week later again), I wanted fried chicken and arrived at 1pm, during the lunch hours or what should have been their lunch hours. I ordered a 16 piece chicken only and received an assortment of two breasts, four thighs and the rest drums and wings. Once again, the drumsticks were terrible. Every other piece of chicken was hot and juicy with each bite. Not them drums though..... Like I said in the beginning, Chicken King has some real potential. It can't be easy to offer quality fried chicken at a gas station at all times of the day, but their process needs to be adjusted for overage and maybe just make the chicken 'made to order'. It may take longer, but those that buy your chicken will appreciate the special effort, quality and integrity of your fried chicken.
