The mashed potatoes were perfect with just the right amount of gravy. The Pepsi with carbonated perfectly. The tables were clean and the rest of interior was free of trash. The bathroom is pretty gross. They could definitely use the help of a professional cleaning service. I've eaten here a few times and it's definitely hit and miss. Heard they had honey bbq wings on the menu again! Haven't had them since I was in high school/college. Driving by and made a u-turn to give them a try. The drive thru window moved quickly and the nice gentleman was waiting at the window holding my bag when I approached. That's a first! But a good first! The wings were disappointing. They didn't look the way they used to look years ago. They were so dark and there was SO much sauce on them. The sauce used to be a lighter color - more like Honey. This looked more like bbq. Anyway the chicken was hot with heat (which is good) and very spicy as well (not good). Makes me think they took the same spicy wings they were advertising and slathered them in some bbq sauce. Today, we decided to pick up KFC, one of the oldest fried chicken franchise around, for lunch because i haven't eaten it in years. I remember it being so moist and delicious. We ordered a two-piece leg and thigh meal, that came with mashed potatoes and gravy, and biscuit. The chicken was dry, and very small, the leg can fit in the palm of my small hand and the thigh not much bigger. In contrast, the box pictured, is their smallest box, and not much bigger than my IPhone.. The biscuit was cold, and pretty obvious because it was not fresh. It did not took, feel, or taste fresh, and it would break like a cookie if you snapped a piece off. The second was a chicken, corn and mashed potato bowl with gravy. There was plenty of corn and gravy, but it was kind of runny. You definitely needed a spoon because the mashed potatoes and gravy was too runny told up on the fork without being mixed with the corn. A relative dropped off dinner from here on a Wednesday around around 5pm. Fried chicken bucket: 5/5. Just as tasty as it was in college! Very juicy on the inside. Arrived hot and fresh. Mashed potatoes and gravy was amazing. I know they are probably fake because they are too perfect. Creamy as can be. Coleslaw has always been great. I like that it's more runny than some. And that the cabbage is very limp. Pot pie: 5/5. Mostly chicken with a few peas, a carrot piece, and some potatoes. The crust goes all the way around the pie (not just on the top). I always love KFC and if you are out late night a lot of places are closed. They are open until 10pm which was great so we went there through the drive thru. I ordered a 3 piece chicken original thigh and leg. It even came with a biscuit. They were out of the chicken pot pie so I got the chicken sandwich. The wife tried the chicken wings a six piece. They actually gave us like 7 or 8. Nice since it was almost closing time. The staff was so nice. The wings had a little spice in the batter and my wife loved it. It's been years since I've eaten KFC and man have things changed. My sister and I drove thru last weekend and ordered 2 large mash & gravy, 2 large Mac & cheese, and 12 piece hot wings. The sides are the same, they taste just the same and the portion hasn't increased or decrease. But, the wings are much different! They seemed to be much more breaded and I actually preferred what they tasted like a few years better... I was also super bummed to see they replaced their famous potato wedges for Cajun style seasoned fries...coke on! They were the only fast food joint to have potato wedges. Today was the worst day ever for my visiting KFC. The chicken bowl I ordered was barely warm and the pieces of chicken were dry as though cooked early in the morning and sat in a basket until afternoon when we were there. Unlike the poster we were seated next to, the Famous Bowl was barely filled. The Five-dollar bowl came with a drink to make it a "combo" for an extra $2.79. My wife's two-piece meal was no better. To make it a combo costs an extra $3.49 for a medium drink. Outrageous! I guess I got a deal only paying $2.79 for my drink. Needless to say, we won't be back here again anytime soon. I totally understand why people are ditching fast food for cooking at home or going to a more upscale restaurant. This place will not be in business much longer if something isn't done. In a shopping plaza with Big Lots and CVS, next to a Shell that's under construction. Going through the drive thru was extremely fast. Everyone's car just kept moving forward. I came for the Beyond Chicken. 6 or 12 pieces.. It was my first time having these from KFC so I went with the lesser amount-- the 6. $6.99 at this location. (Prices vary at locations). It's not the best nor is it inedible, imo. I think it's the firmness that was my least favorite attribute of the nugget. I'm glad I went for the 6. I'm glad there's an option. I would have it again but likely for the need of fast food. I've read ketchup and hot sauce is the only vegan sauces. I think more vegan sauces would have sold me on more. Sure, you can have them dry. They're seasoned but I prefer sauces. Because the drive thru moved so efficiently (lunch time).. im more apt to go through it again at this location if I'm in a time crunch. But you can also order ahead of time online but literally why order ahead if the drive thru moves like that? You get your food ASAP and if you order ahead you have to go inside to retrieve it. I called and asked to speak to a manager and the guy steps away from the phone tells me hold on for a minute gets back on and goes hello I'm the manager and tries to change his voice, I say this is the same guy and he goes yeah sorry the manager is actually busy so number one he already lied to me on there and then when I ask again to speak to an actual manager, he raises his voice at me and says he is busy. I then asked why he's yelling at me and he goes. I'm talking to you in a calm voice and then I hear the lady behind him start talking about me on the phone. . This place used to be great. Big change from few years ago! This is the last KFC I want to come purchase anything or eat there few years ago! The tables and chairs in the dining room are old and uncomfortable at the time. Flies all over the restaurant. I like KFC chickens and most of the sides. But I usually have to drove to another two KFCs few miles away for the chickens! This KFC improved a lot at the last few months. They don't have any flies anymore in the last few times when I came. They have done many remodeling included the front entrance, order counter and cashiers area. New dining room updated with all new tables and chairs. Very nice and comfortable now. Good job KFC. I don't have to drive to another KFC anymore! The chickens and sides are fresh, good and delicious. The cashiers are fast and helpful! read more

This review has nothing to do with the food or the staff. It has to do with some genius at KFC headquarters that thinks it is a good idea to put a hot chicken sandwich in a foil pouch to give to a take out customer. I ordered that big chicken sandwich last week, and when I got home and took it out of that foil pouch it was practically dripping with water from the steam of the hot sandwich. I had to throw away the bun, and had to scrape off the coating on the chicken because it was soggy. If you order one, don't let them put it in a foil pouch. I know I could have taken it back, but I was home and hungry so I just cut up the chicken and ate it. read more
