The last time I went, I think we found Jimmy Buffett's lost shaker of salt in my Gorgonzola topping for my steak. It was so salty I actually had to scrape the topping off just to stomach it, and eventually just stopped eating altogether because it hurt my tongue so bad. It's been 24 hours since I tried to eat their food, and my tongue still has cracks in it and hurts to move. That is an abnormally large amount of salt. The "Flambé" wasn't just a little salty, this was clearly a salty mistake that was made in the kitchen, and they couldn't care less that it had happened. The crème brûlée was curdled and the staff had issues serving the wine. We ended up with no apologies, even after kindly and respectfully voicing our concerns. With so many better choices in St. George, I probably will not be coming back.

As soon as I walked up and heard chill coffee spot music I realized....I was wrong. Once inside my eyes were treated to the most beautiful unique decor I've ever seen in a coffee shop. This place could rival any of its kind in LA or Vegas. When I approached the counter the ladies behind it were very busy whipping up both drive through & in house orders. One of them acknowledged me and said someone would be with me shortly and within 1 min someone was. The gal who took my order was friendly and answered my questions-about their sweetener options with a smile. $5.48 for a 16oz hot Americano w steamed almond milk & monk fruit. Standard cost. Once my drink order was taken my hubby took a seat and I was checking out all the tantalizing treats. It took ALL of my will power to not order a slice of the carrot cake which looked like it was baked in house along with the other goodies. We were going to be hiking shortly so I didn't want a sugar bomb sitting in my stomach the whole time. I do wish I had taken a piece to-go to enjoy later that night. Next time for sure! The ingredients tasted super fresh, especially the strawberries in the Pin-Up. The portions were great for the price too (we left full, which isn't always the case at places like this). Service was quick, and while they were out of whole milk for the matcha because of a supply chain issue, that obviously wasn't their fault. The atmosphere was probably one of my favorite parts. They have live plants throughout the space, and it makes everything feel really cozy and welcoming. The whole restaurant was also very clean. I'm not down in St. George very often, but this will definitely be a place I visit every time I come down here.

The crapes are not made fresh anymore, I don't know when they started this horrible practice of making a huge gross pile of premade crapes ahead of time, not fresh off the griddle, and I refused to participate any longer, you do that and I'm done. This, I've discerned, is why sometimes when you go in the meal is five stars, and other times it's one star. They don't make your crapes fresh. Everyone knows the difference between a fresh hot off the griddle pancake, and one that's been premade in some gross hotel breakfast warmer. Well, that's why their crapes are sometimes amazing and sometimes truly disappointing. (They don't even bother putting them in the warmer,) You can peek into the kitchen and see the big pile of gross cold dry crapes piles up. No, no, nope! Done. I've even started asking at the front counter if I can get a fresh made one and not one off the pile of premade dry cold flat gross crapes, and both times I've asked, they've told me no, they can't make me a fresh one, I have to get mine off of the cold dried out dead stack. So, there you have it. You've lost me as a regular customer, I'm not coming back--I'm done until you reply to this message, confirm that's no longer the horrible practice, and invite me back. It was a very good dish. My son was a bit disappointed as he said it was very light on the pesto compared to the last time he had ordered it, it had a lot more pesto. I tended to agree that it was very light in the flavor, I would say almost an imperceptible hint of pesto. We were looking forward to a robust pesto dish. But it was still a good dish! We would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. Now for the piece de resistance... The Positano rigatoni. The sauce was rich and flavorful and delicious! Italian sausage was a treat...
