I did call Grub Hub customer service and though the lady was difficult to understand (English was heavily accented) what I got from her listing of costs under the Service Fee umbrella came off as more like the cost of doing business rather than a burden buyers should bear. When using Grub Hub, just be aware that my $222 food delivery quickly became $260. If that does not give you pause, Grub Hub might be for you.
