NEW BOGUS FEE - is now added on to ALL services. As a "service fee"...beware of this! They add it on without your knowledge. After receiving haircuts…read morefor myself and my daughter, the salon later attempted to retroactively charge us more because of our hair type--something they were fully aware of before the appointment. I had even provided photos of my daughter's hair in advance, so there was no surprise or misunderstanding. Further, the "master" stylist was very rude and accusatory when he approached me about retroactively charging us. Mind you he was the one I showed the pictures to, as well as the one who submitted the payment slips to the young women at the front desk. Changing prices after the fact is unfair and unacceptable. It also raises serious concerns about discriminatory pricing practices. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not hidden or after-the-fact charges. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values professionalism, fairness, and respect.
