Most consistent, clean, friendly, and quality nail salon I've been to in the valley. I've been going here for about a year now and love this salon. It's family and female owned by Paula who has several of her siblings working alongside her. The nail color selection is literally endless! All services are clearly stated on their TVs that display all the services they offer at the salon. They now offer eyelash extensions, permanent makeup, facials, etc! I only ever get my nails done here and they're perfect every time. Ben is my go-to and is friendly and very detail-oriented. In all honesty, every person that's done my nails has done an excellent job and I feel like that's rare to find. I trust all of them completely! My big toe nails have been an issue for me at previous salons (idk they grow weird and are prone to become ingrown at the slightest deviation). NOT. HERE. If anyone has similar issues and is looking for a new salon, I highly recommend coming here. Again, everyone is genuinely sweet, caring, and hard-working. Plenty of parking in the back! She went through the pricing with me thoroughly and when I chose the $45 gel mani instead of the $65 bio gel, she made sure to let me know I made a great decision vs. pushing me to get the higher priced serviced. I have been coming to their salon since the other location for a total of 5 yrs already and thank God Natalie called me to make sure I follow them. So I usually do my feet but from time to time I like to treat myself. Today I tried a new place on Sherman Way right next to Burger King. It must've been a long time since I've treated my delft because the price of a pedicure was $30+ I was completely SHOOK but I do realize that their prices are comparable to other places that do pedicures. I'm just out of the look. In the end I'm Disappointed because my toes look like I could've done this myself because my toe nails are uneven and the paint job is splotchy. FYI they charge an additional .99 cents to pay with card. Beware UPDATE! I see that the Business Owner Replied Thanks for that, Unfortunately you nor the lady who did my nails knew anything was wrong I didn't complain or say anything about my dissatisfaction. I paid for my service even though it was subpar. Im sorry that you either had me mixed up with someone else or just saying you did to make the business look better. It's been 3 weeks since my last gel manicure and so my nails were lookin' pretty beat up by now. Nail salons are closing again on 7/14/20 due to COVID numbers on the rise and therefore I needed my nails done STAT. My lovely coworker, Ericka, told me about how she gets her nails done at Hot Nails Salon and was so sweet and kind to make an appointment for me. Paula is EXCELLENT. I loooovvvee the way my French Gel Manicure turned out -NO bumps, she took her time to take off the extra gel that seeps under the nails and she shaped my nails so evenly and perfectly. Thanks PAULA, for the TLC on my manicure. Gel French Manicure will cost you $45. BTW, variety (whole left wall full) of pretty color selections if you choose to do powder dip or other gel colors too. Legit COVID precautions here: temperature checks at the door, hand sanitizer available and given to you on entrance. Staff all wearing masks. Equipment used during my manicure came from a sterilized looking baggie and disposable bowl used to soak my fingertips too. My boy Ben does some beautiful nails turns out the whole time I've been going there. His sister is the one who has been doing my nails, the past few months but today today she wasn't available yet, but I loved his work. He was patient with me and took the time to understand what I wanted even though I didn't even have much of an idea he showed me many options worked with me and they turned out absolutely awesome, I would say so far he's my favorite there at the shop. It's very comfortable there air-conditioning comfy places to sit even when you're getting your stuff done it is like the best I have found yet, and I will not stop going there not to mention I love the colors on the wall. The environment and the people are also friendly doesn't matter when I show up, they sit me down right away and take care of me. Love you guys read more

Was able to get a same day appointment to get some bio gel removed. Ben helped me out and was so patient with me through the removal and was super meticulous in maintaining the integrity of my natural nail and was even able to help me keep a nice length (my nails were super long under the gel but THIN). I had a little bit of damage from the set he was removing, which was not done at this salon, and helped me pick a color to cover the damage and gave me some feedback on what we can do to keep them looking strong and healthy in the future. I will definitely be back! The salon was super clean and didn't have that "nail salon" smell, which is always a positive. Parking in the front is hard, but there is a large parking lot behind the building. read more
