I essentially came into Luxe nails to get a full acrylic set which I did, but the next time I came in both Jen & Tiff recommended me to stop using acrylics and let my natural nails grow out, I told them I liked long nails but I was willing to try it. I do not regret it one bit! With their help, I was able to grow out my natural nails in as little as 4 months! I am still in shock because I cannot believe how fast and strong my nails grew! This place is under new management from what I noticed. I was referred by a friend of mine. Called around 9:30 that Tuesday morning and scheduled my appt with Jennifer. Came in and was greeted by Leslie, super nice lady. Jennifer is truly amazing. She took her time and actually talked to me. I was so surprised because usually some nail techs don't even say more than a few words. She made me feel really comfortable when it came down to telling her whether or not I liked how my nails were turning out (which obviously I did :) ). She's really funny and friendly. The pricing is the best thing about this nail salon- very reasonable and lower than a lot of the local salons. I have to say, the gel manicure I got done was subpar. I've never had a nail technician start painting before cleaning my hands/nails with alcohol. That is so risky in terms of the cleanliness!! Also, he did not clean the remnants of my filed nails, which resulted in bumps in my gel polish. He also did not cover every surface of my nails. I had to ask him to add on to the sides, etc. He got annoyed and pulled my hand to put on the top coat - since I was looking around at the sides to find any other areas he missed. I left the salon with nails that looked a week old rather than freshly painted. Not to mention, I got a chip in my gel the next day!! Needless to say, I won't be returning to this salon. read more

It Says $25 for gel pedicure with 5 dollar gel removal and the lady charged me 33 and since I had to use my debit it was 34 dollars for a messy pedicure . The lady must have painted my nails 6 times because the nail polish was runny. Also The air conditioner kept going on and off, I was practically sweating by the end of my pedicure and last but not least when I go to get a pedicure I prefer a quiet environment, however theses ladies kept conversing back and forth it was kind of annoying. I can't say enough good things about this place! Helen is my nail artist and her work is amazing. She pays attention to the smallest detail and her job isn't finished until your nails are perfect. I always pull design ideas from Pinterest, and she can literally do ANYTHING I show her. The designs always come out identical to the picture I showed her, but more often, she improves upon them. I like dramatic nails and I never feel weird or pressured to ask her to go all out on my nails. The facility is very clean, with great massage spa chairs, and they always give you water and chocolates. They never reuse their tools, everything goes through an autoclave and they open them fresh in front of you. The staff always checks on you to make sure you're doing good, even if they're not working on you. Kevin, and I believe her name is Lynn, also do beautiful and relaxing pedicures. I've had two others do my pedicures, but I never caught their names, and they did an excellent job as well. I have not had Helen do acrylics with me yet, just because the gel is working great for me, but I've seen her acrylic work and it's fantastic as well. I would definitely also have her do my acrylics if I ever wanted them. I notice she does them very naturally looking, nice and slim. People always compliment me on my nails and ask me for recommendations, and I always give them this place. I've followed Helen through three different locations, and now she owns this salon herself. So the reason for my 1 star. I went to Helen, who by the way did my nails just how I liked. Until a few weeks ago, I guess she was going for a natural look and did them thin.. well right after I got my nails done literally 30 minutes later my nail chips.. So I call her and she was like come in. I came in a few hours later and at that time 2 nails had chipped. I went in and she fixed them, but the guy polished them and the job he did was terrible.. All this was done during work so I just said ok whatever I need to get back to work. I will attach the picture of his work. Had a 9am appointment with Helen. I was at the salon waiting at 9am. The first nail technician didn't even show up until 9:20 and Helen took another 20 minutes not showing up until 9:40. This salon does a great job I've been coming here for awhile but timing always seems to be an issue here and after today I don't think I will ever return! It's clear that for a full set w/ gel on their menu it is $35. When it's time to pay Helen tells me it's $38 I ask about it as right there on the wall it says $35. Apparently coffin shape is $3 extra which isn't stated anywhere nor have I ever paid extra for this before. I go, "well is there any discount for you being 40 minutes late?" And extremely frustrated she goes "okay you pay $35" which isn't really a discount. I'm extremely disappointed and upset. I loved this salon and after today I feel like I can never return. I made a 9am appointment for a reason and Helen running 40 minutes late is unacceptable but I suppose it's not surprising since the other technician didn't even show up till 9:20. So maybe this salon just needs to open later and that will fix their issues. But I will never return because they acted like me being helped 40 minutes later than my appointment time was fine and acceptable. read more

I've been coming to Luxe Nail Lounge for about six months now, and am writing this review because I always have such a great experience here! I love pampering myself with mani/pedi's, and boy does Luxe Nail Lounge pamper me! Tony does my hands, and Tammy does my toes. Both of them are fantastic! They are both very friendly, and definitely very skilled with the official manicuring part as well as the artistic and creative part. The salon is great at scheduling appointments, and for the times when I'm on the go and just pop in, they always take great care of me very quickly. I also love how clean this place is, too.
