Randy took the time to educate me (quite thoroughly) on the leather cleaning business, including the various types of leather that furniture is made from. He wanted to make sure I understood what I was asking for. I learned so much from him, however due to personal issues he wasn't able to do the work at the time. But he kindly referred me to an associate company he was familiar with called Fibre Clean. A company which he was familiar with that did equally excellent work. The lack of communication and not being willing to discuss why the repairs did not last is not professional. My messages were polite and patient, but I was not treated with the courtesy of any reply. I wish they had told me up front that the repairs might not last. They should have made the effort to respond (at minimum) and/or try the repairs again to stand behind their services.

He also told me that he could install the unit, no problem.
